When you beat the mission from Chadley and unlock it’s in your atb abilities and must be activated each battle. You also need to have the Enemy Skill Materia equipped.

I'm having this problem also. I completed the challenge and have it equipped and can use all other enemy ability that I have got so far except for that one. It's not on my list anywhere but it's showing complete in the simulator

@@guysensei3114 have you checked in your atb abilities while also having the enemy skill materia equipped? The materia itself won’t say that it’s a part of it. But it is. All enemy skills you unlock will be usable once you equip that materia.

@alexeimorrisonov1016 yeah I ended up going back and doing the vr challenge again and got it now. Apparently I cleared the first time but not within the time limit or something idk but it worked this time

No. But you need I think 4 separate lifespring wells, not just 1.

It's a move you use, so yes

Getting the materia - literally on a list from Chadley in the combat sim, which says what the reward is. Getting the skill - completing a bunch of side content marked on the map, which also says what the reward is. The mission is "visible" from the very beginning, even though it's locked, so you can see and work towards the unlock requirements.

@@AnimaLepton If you read the comments, you're clearly in the minority of people who understand this so how about quitting the whole "holier than thou" act and maybe accept that this was convoluted & flawed game design.

You get enemy skill from completing Combat Simulator. I think 😅
