I used to tell my nieces and nephew- Respect everyone, but when someone disrespects you break them down ......break them down hard because it's the only thing those people understand. I stand by my words.
Good advice but rare. More people should advice their childs to defende themselves and stop with the bullshit of "don't downgrade to their level" or "two wrongs dont make a right".
@@criptik5208It means to destroy their power base. People who disrespect you always are trying to prove to everyone around you that they are Bigger stronger or tougher than you are. Defeating them in front of others, shows everyone else You do have power. How much of it you use is up to you. It also shows them, what kind of person they (the antagonist) really are. I had a lesson in the Military about dealing with bullies: A young guy decided in his infinite wisdom, to use racial slurs against me in front of the entire class over something really stupid. ( Unknown to him: I grew up in an area where the KKK is still running around, so his words were not taken lightly.) I gave him a warning to just stop. Well, he decided to continue with his rhetoric, puffing up his chest, etc. (in typical young men's fashion.) So I approached him in a very calm, demeanor, parked myself right in his face, and proceeded to stare holes into his soul. I gave him one last warning which he epically failed to recognise. He bled for his actions in front of the entire class. He returned to my dorm after class was over, with a friend. (My guess was he was too scared to come up there himself.) His friend was more of a witness at the end of things, and it didn't help his reputation. He also lost the second time as well. - never tolerate a bully.
I told my kids that too. Even when I got called into my kid’s school for standing up to a bully, I smirked and was proud of him. He knows not to overstep his boundaries of overuse of power
Not everyone knows everything. Hustle is not wrong, recognize you do it because you have to until you don't have to anymore. I hustled hard for fifteen years, now I won't move a muscle unless I'm getting more then my share. Sparta!! Lol..
You’re not his slave, you have offered him work in exchange for currency, you are therefore an employee. There’s a difference, you can quit any day you want, unlike slaves.
What happens when someone interrupts and disrespect you? you would have to step up but the danger is still avoidable right?, it just means you will have to take that disrespect. What do?
Thanks Andrycha, just kicked out someone bullying a babcia, бабушка, at my shop today, waiting for him to come back if he have guts. Respect elderly, be honorable 🙏
I brought up in a orphanage Life was challenge Abused, bullied & always worried about my siblings who are in my village Now I can teach these Lesson to my son and other kids. Thank you Sir.
Being voicefull and relentless when someone direspects you is vital. Being a pit bull in that respect gains respect but also creates a bit of fear to show others not to be foolish around you..
Also: If alone and faced with a group of several unfriendly/aggressiv subjects with no way to avoid fighting, focus on the biggest/loudest/mouthyest/ in most cases the rest of the group will be more reluctant to attack..
I love how he started on the topic of generosity without attachment to the end results. #1 because being nice is also a control trip. But generosity is much more profound. Thanks Mr Grim.
Bless you and yours Mr. Grim! 🙏🕊️. I agree with everything you say. You are a blessing to the ones who get to learn from you. Thank you very very much! Peace, Love, and Understanding to all, ✌️💖💡🙏🌻🕊️
It is always good to have a financial plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.
Very true, people downplay planners role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license-fiduciary advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience.
Long term investment is the best now. I invested $7,500 in April last year with CHRIS RYAN STEWART and I top up my trade with $2,000 every week. Now, I'm having over $368,000 on my dashboard. Toping up your trade is really important.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields
All good advice. But just the way this guys speaks... and his eye contact... gives the impression that he REALLY means everything he says. Without doing anything, people would immediately either respect or fear him.
Unfortunately this is just beautiful words, the person I knew lived by that type of words and hi doesn't hesitate to break someone who disrespected him, now he is in jail, 18 years!
Good and truth way of life, thanks for sharing. We are not slaves, so move slow with eyes open and help people. Im ok with that , fight for life EVERY second of day.
Agree for the most part but what does it even mean to destroy someone who’s disrespecting you in front of people? If someone disrespects me I just stop associating with them.
I always appreciate your wisdom that you share, I am guilty of not remembering all of your wise advice you give in the times that count (to think clear in the heat of the moment), I am working on improving that. I wish to ask you if you can please share your wisdom with us on how to deal with 'control freaks' in general (why they seek control over you so much and what passive techniques can be used to break their focus on you)? Thankyou for your time and wisdom you share with us
Hi Friends. Know that he's an actor, know that this content for promoting a service, he gives great value, take something if it goes with your values. Be honorable
I was a finance mgr for a wealthy IRANIAN family for 12 yrs...one thing I learned is other cultures look down on exaggeration .a lot of deals the family declined were because they identified exaggeration by the people attempting to do business..
