I used to have that problem under my breasts but I found a solution. For years now I put a cotton cloth under my bra band which absorbs any sweat and I don’t get the rash there since I started doing that. It really works.

There are shaped cotton“bra liners” available online which do help quite a bit. Many people also find that Lady Monkey Butt powder really works great to absorb moisture beyond skin services.

The curse of being large breasted! Been struggling with this my whole adult life…primarily yeast which thankfully if treated promptly with antifungal clears up quickly.

Thank you Dr. Dray for sharing this information :) I had a itchy rash under the elastic band of my bra. I used Aloe Vera at night - it did help with the irritation. I bought a different bra that is a cotton blend, so comfortable . Take care everyone 🌹

I’m in Northern LA and we’ve had quite a few downpours. Houston is so hot during summer and here as well but Houston may have us beat by a little. I’ve enjoyed watching and learning from your wisdom. Wanted to say thank you! I’m turning 60 😮😮tomorrow and it’s sooo hard to believe. In the recent last 3-4 months been really taking better care of my skin. Hey dr Dray I,m a slim petite woman in my 60s I had quite the issue in my cleavage …well I tied everything( for Months ) and the deal breaker was Hypochlorous spray ! Once I started using the spray it took about three weeks and you can barely see any signs of the once deep red rash .

Nystatin powder works better than Zeasorb. Vinegar water helps tremendously as well, my dermatologist recommended it.

Developed an itchy rash under bra strap in front last week.. right away cleansed with hydrogen peroxide,dried area and got out a tiny tube of athletes foot cream (anti-fungal) Id picked up last yr. Stopped the itch right away. Added a dusting of baby powder and went about my day. Rash went away.

I was just googling this because (sorry TMJ) I have all these symptoms between my butt cheeks 😅 (like at the base of the spine area, but the actual poop hole). Applying anti fungal cream made the itch stop, but I’m not sure if it’s ok to use since the skin split a bit so it’s like a mild weeping ulcer? I’m in Florida so it’s hot and humid as heck, so this reappears every so often. I guess I’ll go buy some zinc or dimethicone butt paste in the meantime.

make sure you dont have a pilonidal cyst! very common and sounds like your symptoms and in that area. sounds like you need to be seen by a doctor.

I got it under my belly. So before knowing what it was but knew it was a rash/ irritation: Super natural cream & petroleum cream mixed. Used a microfiber towel under my belly fold after applying the cream at night.

I've been battling with it myself under my boobs. I've been combatting it by changing my bra out a couple times a day, and using baby powder. I'll give diaper rash cream a go. I had been using a fungal/steroid cream on the worst areas that I got from another Dr to treat something else, and it has helped. So I'm torn about stopping it I've got a dermatologist appointment set up to look at that and a couple of spots you said might be suspecous in a different video. So yes YOU are the reason I'm going in to see her.

The only thing that worked for me under the breast area is Lotrimin AF miconazole nitrate powder. It's sold as a foot powder or jock itch powder but it also works well under the breast area and it's unscented. I can't tolerate scented powders. Lotrimin also sells a daily prevention powder containing Tolnaftate but that one did not work for me.

How do you clear up Barnacles ?? I have 2 of them. One on my right breast and one on my face. That was what the doctor called them. I had to go see a Dermatologist, before they would do my breast x ray They wanted to make sure it wasn't skin cancer The doctor said no it was barnacles. Didn't offer any treatment to get rid of them. They haven't gotten any bigger yet sometimes they itch.

It’s a cosmetic procedure (I.e. insurance won’t cover it) but your derm can remove them.

I found that chemical sunscreens do not do that to the inside of your car. I stopped wearing zinc sunscreens and the white spots went away.

I stopped using sunscreen on my arms and instead starting using lightweight summer cardigans that have SPF protection. There are some good ones on Amazon now that are SPF 50+. They don’t make you hotter, yet protect you from the sun.

No. But you can try diaper cream. With zinc oxide. Triple paste is a good and affordable brand. You want to dry it out and not add moisture. This is what I used to improve my issues. None this summer!! Good luck.
