Thanks for sharing! I own the Facial Flex and have been using it for a few years. I love it! Aside from there been an inside and outside there is also a top and a bottom to it. To anyone using it, please make sure you have it positioned correctly. Also, I have ZERO lines across my lips. Could be bc I ALWAYS put my fingers over my lips so as I squeeze, there is no way lines can form. I thought I'd share this in case anyone was interested. ❤
@@tallisinwonderland4724 It's a tiny difference between the mouth pieces that go on the outside. If you look at them closely, you will see that one side is slightly more turned up. I say anything to do with my face, UP is always the way to go! Lol
Hi Beth, I’m 70 and my neck started to bother me with crepey skin and a couple of horizontal lines. I had 3 session of microneedling at $600 and it’s been 3 months now and I see a big difference. Full results shows around 5-6 months as it takes time to gain collagen. I’m very happy with results and cost is somewhat reasonable.
I have done one round of Vivace (2 more to go), this is a little more intense microneedling, and I am already seeing a difference with tighter skin. Hi Beth I have both tools I have been using them for only 10 days to early to tell. I’ll tell you my hack: I use mine A.M and P.M while driving to work and from work. I do 3 sets and 3 different positions. I have been following this routine for two weeks and hope that I see similar results I have jowls and deepening marionette lines ( just like my aunts...thanks mom and dad!) . I would never get a face lift. Thanks Beth, i hope that these devices help with improving my face and confidence!
Beth I have to say that you look amazing in your before and after pics. You are one of those fresh faced women that actually look younger without makeup. If I looked as good as you do with no makeup, I would never wear any! You are blessed with great skin and natural beauty for sure.
Love your channel, and all that you do for women who want to look and feel our best no matter what our age is. Many of us can't even begin to consider the cost of major cosmetic surgeries, and there are many others, like myself, who can't stand the idea of getting our faces cut on, and the potential for bad results that would make us regret doing drastic things for vanity's sake,.
Everything you said is so true! Cosmetic surgery is definitely not for sissies, and it can have very bad results as we all know. I am so with you I’m trying to do what we can do at home whenever possible.

Thank you so much sweet Anne! I really can’t believe I found this device as I believe it is really my number one favorite of everything I have. It’s just weight training for the facial muscles which become very slack overtime. Please take a good before picture in an after picture. I am using it consistently twice a day and it just takes a few minutes. I have to admit though that since my hip replacement surgery last Friday, I have not been using any devices at all. Hope my face doesn’t fall like crazy.

Hugs to you too, Janey! Yes, Botox on the platysmal bands works wonderfully. I had that done once and unfortunately, three days after I got horrible joint pains all over my body. I am pretty sensitive to things and realized I could not take that much Botox. It did go back to normal though thank goodness. I am so glad that that is working for you! That’s awesome!

The reason facelifts can "look weird" is because most plastic surgeons do the "lift" by pulling the skin. However, a FACIAL plastic surgeon lifts and repositions the supporting tissue under the skin so you don't end up with that unnatural pulled look. A facial plastic surgeon first specializes in what used to be called ENT and after that training and becoming board certified in that specialty, they continue on to specialize in facial reconstructive surgery and are certified as a reconstructive facial plastic surgeons. There is a professional certification for this, which you should be sure your surgeon has. Some choose to then study COSMETIC facial "reconstructive " surgery, which is what you want. Whatever you do, avoid regular plastic surgeons who usually spend the majority of their time doing breast implants, liposuction, tummy tucks etc. A facial plastic surgeon only works above the neck and has more training as well as daily experience working on the face, which most of us would presumably prefer. And never ever allow a regular plastic surgeon to touch your nose! The N in ENT stands for nose, so they are thoroughly familiar with the nose which is a very intricate surgery and requires special training. You might as well allow an obstetrician to do your nose.

Thank you for the video! I've been using the Oralift and have gotten good results, but it's time consuming. It fits over the bottom teeth and you wear it for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening every 3 days. After the initial phase, you only do it for 2 months twice a year. This looks like it would be easier on my schedule!

The cheapest I found that facefit device in the UK was £70!!!! Unbelievable!! There were similar devices for about £3 and then loads of spongy things for chewing!

I did not feel pain but did not get any results. I was hoping for better skin texture at least, but nothing.
Do not EVER get a facelift… you will age gracefully doing what you’re doing.. you DO NOT need a facelift, and I’ve seen people go from looking normal to weird overnight, and there’s no going back!
I am really kind of with you on that and that is why I want to avoid it at all costs. I’m getting much more comfortable with my natural aging, but I like to keep things is firm as possible and it’s fun to look for things we can do at home to help out. I am so with you on that.

I am surprised you haven't had a face-lift as you have no jowls even before these jowls exercises. I see alot of exercises for the jowls that use your tongue & another that uses a spoon on UTUBE. The tools you use look very hard to do. I am also 67 & jowls are getting worse. Like you I won't get a face-lift. Tks for sharing.
You are so welcome and thank you for the nice complement. Many years ago I did have under chin Lipo and that probably helped my jowls look a bit better. The good lighting also helps because in real life I don’t look quite this firm.

I really think the fascial flex is probably more to firm the general area. Well, the job it to me helps firm the general contours of the sides of the face.
I purchased and used this device about 6 months ago but had to stop using as I started having TMJ symptoms with jaw pain and headaches. I was so bummed because I did feel like it was firming up my jaw area. Just beware if you have had any former jaw issues.

The thing is, in your before picture your nose looks different too. In fact your whole face, including your eyes is slightly less in focus than the after. That is the difference I think you think you're seeing.
Definitely no Photoshop. I don’t even know how to do that. For some reason even using the exact same lighting sometimes the lighting values look different.
You might want to consider Ellacore micro coring. Micro coring removes a tiny core of skin. Penn Smith a video on the treatment. I think that she was too young to benefit from micro coring. It's just became FDA approved. I enjoy your channel. You are gorgeous. Thanks

The only difference I see in the before and after pictures is the lighting and your face is a little shinier in the “after”.Your face looks pretty toned in both.
I just spent $50K for a complete dental restoration. I have a prominent dentist in So. Cal. I asked him about these devices. He told me to purchase them if I wanted TMJ. Hi Beth, have you heard of Dr. Stefani Kappel? She is a board certified Dermatologist. With a double fellowship in aesthetic . Her practice is in Newport Beach California. But she has a RU-vid channel. And has excellent information and procedures that can address your face and neck. All without surgery. The key is really finding someone who knows what they are doing. You should checkout her videos .

I got the Jaw Fit and do it while I am on the computer. I have started to lift my chin as high as I can when I do the lower jowl work. It has given me back the chin neck, turkey waddle, back while tighten up jowls. Have you seen the crazy amazon glass straw that looks like a seven with the hole in the horizontal "7" spot so you pucker less vertical and more horizontal?
I do too. When I use the facial flex, I do 30 second each = 2 mins. I lift my head straight up, lift to the right, lift to the left, then head positioned straight on. All positions, 30 seconds each. I also lift my tonge to the roof of my mouth through out the whole 2 min. exercise. I have been using the Jawfit faithfully, 2x a day just like Beth instructed. For about a week. Also just picked the Facial Flex up again. Did the while watching the video and yes, it feels good to feel that happening in the lower face. I'm 62, I'm blessed with good genes🙂, I was guessed to be 49 by a co-worker last week. 😊 It felt good.

Hi Lori. The near increases the production of ATP in the skin, which gives the skin a slightly firmer look, and perhaps may influence the muscle slightly. The new face does produce results, but I really think this works more like a facial work out to directly impact the muscles.

Hi Bev. Yes, I tried that once, but I will never do it again. It absolutely made my neck look beautiful, but about two days after the injections, I got joint pain, which was all over my body! It kind of terrified me as I think I am sensitive to shots in vaccines. In my 40s I got a hepatitis B vaccine and in two weeks. I was totally crippled with rheumatoid arthritis. I just can’t take that much Botox. You are right though. In the right person it is an amazing treatment!
Hello Beth, are you still using both the facial flex and the jaw fit? I purchased both for sagging on my lower face. I do use Micro current too, the Ziip Halo or Pico Toner. I found your instructions for the jaw and facial flex very helpful.
Yes, I still use the jaw fit, but I no longer use the facial flex. I feel like it was strengthening the muscles of my neck too much and making my platysmal bands stick out more.
Since that Video I now only use the Jawfit. Yes it works great on the jowls. I now no longer longer use the facial flex as I think it makes my neck bands a few more fun.
I use the facial flex too. Plus I just started using an EMS device from Medicube. And I do constant facial exercises. Lol. I’m 60, so I’m trying to seriously fight Father Time. But now I want the other tool you showed.
