In this video your will find out how to safely use white vinegar to remove mold from your home.
Mold is a common problem in many homes, especially in areas with high humidity or moisture. It can cause unpleasant odors, unsightly stains, and even health problems if left untreated. Fortunately, there are several natural remedies that can help you get rid of mold, one of which is white vinegar.
White vinegar, also known as distilled vinegar, is a clear, acidic liquid that is made from fermented grain alcohol. It is commonly used as a household cleaner, disinfectant, and food preservative. White vinegar has a pH level of about 2.5, which makes it an effective mold killer.
There are several reasons why white vinegar is an excellent choice for removing mold from your home:
- Safe for you and your family.
- White vinegar is a natural, non-toxic substance that is safe to use around children and pets.
- Unlike some commercial mold cleaners, white vinegar does not contain harsh chemicals or fumes.
- White vinegar is an cheap solution that can save you money compared to buying commercial mold cleaners.
- White vinegar is a proven mold killer that can help you eliminate mold from your home quickly and easily.

Retired Building Surveyor here. Before deciding on any treatment it is essential that a proper diagnosis of the cause is established first. Particularly whether the mould is associated with a structural defect like rising damp or penetrative damp. In these cases mould is not always present, mainly water staining and degradation of building materials like plaster and timber etc. Condensation is an environmental problem caused mainly by the occupier, but exacerbated by poor building design and poor insulation. Prevention rather than cure is the essential thing. Not always popular advice. Occupiers have, in a lot of cases, already decided that it is the building’s fault not theirs ! Steady regular heat and ventilation are key recommendations. The colder the internal structure the more likely you are to suffer condensation. My experience was that modern lifestyle contributes a lot to condensation problems. Elderly/retired households are less likely to suffer as their lifestyle is different. Many other aspects to consider but it would take too long here. One final observation, wood chip wallpaper is the worst thing you can have on your walls. 95% of condensation mould problems I investigated had this dreadful material. In very serious cases dehumidifiers (not in bedrooms) are helpful, but Positive Pressure Fans are excellent.

💯°/° hypo to rub through over the wall. The mold disappears !!! A good and cheap solution against steam: put salt in a plastic box. The salt absorbs the water (steam) what to do? drain the water from the salt, dry the salt in the oven and use it again. You don't need expensive machines, just put some bowls with salt next to the wall. This can also be used in the cupboard in a margarine box, just pour the water off it in winter.

Just make sure there are no micro-cracks where it can access the nails or screws in your house, because it will RUST them out. And there's no stopping it once it starts. Is the risk worth using vinegar? Ask yourself that question, first.

@how-tohouse

The only difference between cleaning vinegar and the distilled white vinegar is their levels of acidity. White vinegar is usually 95 percent water and 5 percent acid. By contrast, cleaning vinegar contains up to six percent acid and is around 20 percent stronger than regular white vinegar. Both can be used to effectively clean many different items and surfaces. Good luck cleaning!

plz do NOT use bleach🤦‍♀️‼️ that is a myth, use vinegar is 50/50... better is hydrogen peroxide and after the exterior of the area is sprayed you will want to use a syringe, go through about 8-10 in above the entire area and saturate in the wall... also use a small drill, then patch and repaint the damage areas IF REMOVING the section and replacing the drywall is not an option for you ‼️‼️‼️ after molded area is remediated, use lysol wipes to test with a home kit for any return or residual missed...... (certified mold remiediator and lead abatement here) hope this helps 🙏‼️

@@JoyForlifeat50 You're spreading lies, Bleach is the ONLY way to remove mold and mildew out of a house, and if its Black mold, Nothing you 'spray' on it will work, removal of the materials then use clorox to clean every surface in the house with it. Repainting does NOT get rid of Mold, I lived in an apartment place that had BLACK mold and they tore out rugs and repainted, yet it kept on spreading, mold propagates by Spores, Not by roots. Wall materials such as sheetrock (shown throughout this video) MUST BE REMOVED and discarded to eliminate the mold due to porosity. Treating one side of it IGNORES the wall interior. Harder materials such as framing lumber can be sanded down THEN treated with fungicide... but sheetrock/drywall should be REMOVED on all affected areas + 2 feet beyond the edge of any visible growth.

Bleach is a very strong cleaner indeed, although be careful to use it on mold. Bleach contains water. The water travels down to the root of the mold and helps it thrive. This is why mold problems often become worse a few days after bleach is applied.

You need 10% vinegar not the usual 5% because it’s the acid that’s doing the work. Don’t add baking powder, which is just a mixture of a tartaric acid (quite weak) and sodium bicarbonate, which is an alkali and will further weaken your vinegar . They cancel one another out. Sorry, I’m not surprised it didn’t work.

Do you ever feel like you’re all alone and no one cares about you? I want you to know something: you’re not alone. God cares about you. God loves you, and you don’t have to ever be lonely again. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". (john 3:16) For Jesus says "we are worth more than sparrows" (Luke 12:7). Now, in order to remove this pain and emptiness we need to follow Jesus... and he’s just a prayer away. You can just pray a prayer like this: 'Father God, I want you to come into my life. Forgive me of my sins. I want to start this relationship with you now. Amen'.. If you’ll pray a prayer like that, God will hear it.

Unfortunately, your advice is dangerous and honestly this video is hard to watch. Yes, Vinegar is better than bleach. That we can agree. But for you to spray mold with any product and then expect to go wipe it down, does not address the fact that mold is a living organism that wants to survive and defend itself. It will release spores and mycotoxins in an effort to survive and defend. We have had people wind up in the emergency room after doing this. A very small amount of mold and you may get away with this, but your video, is showing large levels of colonization. You are underestimating how toxic mold can be. Not JUST black mold, which is technically named Stachybotrys Chartum. I strongly recommend you relook at this video and do your homework before putting out information that if used could result in health issues for homeowners or renters.
