If you are stuck with the “blues”, a bruised heart, or melancholy, you might be feeling what I call "negative energy."
It might be from a recent loss, or something from years ago. Deep hurt can still even affect you. If you don’t release it, it attaches itself and drags you down.
Sadness, anxiety and pain are human emotions. Here’s a newsflash: it’s ok to feel them.
It’s not comfortable though…but the only way out is THROUGH.
There are methods to help you that might sound new to you but are actually quite ancient. They are here to help get you through and to the other side. ❤️
