I have NEVER heard of it drying ur hair &/or making it more brassy & I have been doing hair for 20 yrs, My natural hair color is a level 8-9 & I do platinum blonde balayage my hair PULLS ORANGE MORE then most . If ur hair is brassy like that 1- not one shampoo or not even just this shampoo can immediately fine it this is supposed to be something u do to help to MAINTAIN ur blonde If ur hair is exactly brassy as mine always is then When its really brassy you NEED to do an actual semi permanent color/toner i do it like every 2 months give or take. I use platinum dye then purple shampoo AND CONDITIONER! which i allow to sit in my hair for sometime then rinse.

I use Direct silver semi permanent. If you want ash blonde, this cancels the brass, too. Works WONDERS!!!

@@chona4647its because you need blue not purple. Orange is the opposite of blue so if you want to correct it use blue not purple. Purple is for yellow undertones.

Fanola majes makes blue and purple. The can literally tone your hair. But on leave it. STRONG. try mixing the two. Let sit on damp wet hair but be careful. 5-15 minutes if you dare. If it’s too much any clariify shampoo will get it out. My hands though I had to use nail polish remover

I agree. I tried coloring my hair. It turned out pale yellow. And then when it grew out it turned into gold. I think it was beautiful. But everyone kept saying that I had failed and that I should buy silver shampoo instead... 😒

Because this video is WRONG (I am pretty sure, judging by the title.) To take out or fix ORANGE, you need BLUE shampoo. I'm so sorry you followed the advice here. Purple takes out banana yellow brass. Orange requires blue to get it out. It is so frustrating.

Purple shampoo is for yellow, u need blue for orange, and you need green one for red hues.

It is not true. I always work with it and it always works. Put it on for more than 10 minutes and try it twice. It will work well. Put more of it on slightly damp hair only.

Pour celles/ceux pour qui ça ne fonctionne pas : Orange BLEU ! Jaune VIOLET ! ensuite, de manière générale et encore plus après une décoloration, il ne faut jamais commencer à démêler les cheveux au milieu ou là haut, toujours faire en bas, puis monter petit à petit. Sinon vous allez juste défoncer vos cheveux.

You need to use a protein filler and a bond booster to fill in your over processed blonde. And then a deep conditioning mask once every couple of weeks

Because shampoo IS NOT a toner. If your hair is orange then you need a blue to violet toner mixed with developer.

This can't be 🤦‍♀️I used to be platinum, and when my hair was just a little yellow, yes, fenola would work, but I'd have to let it sit for like 30 minutes, look at the color wheel, blue cancels ORANGE, this head was ORANGE, NOT yellow.
