Hi Kush and thank you for the very informative video. So, i have just bought a Tesla model Y and currently have Personal insurance on it. However, i am in the process of getting my TCP license. Now finding out that i need to have commercial insurance. Do you have any policy specific values such as "coverages" that is a requirement for the approval of my TCP license? I got a commercial insurance quote from State Farm already. Will that work? Does it help to already have the insurance on the care even before submitting the TCP application? My other question is that, i'm also in the process of buy another 15 seater Limo. If i submit my TCP application now without the 15 seater Limo, do i have to do the application all over again or just do the vehicle registration and verification form only once that vehicle arrived? Good info for brother! Are you getting LAX permit as well? Did you research how to apply for it? A company quoted me $700 to file for TCP. After watching your video I don’t think I want to pay it if you can simply apply online yourself. they made it seem complicated over the phone.
Great info/tips. I am in touch with another rep at the same insurance broker (they work at TIB not Lancer... Lancer uses TIB exclusively for this type of commercial insurance). I'm waiting for a quote and have just submitted my TCP application with CPUC in California.
Hey! Were you able to get commercial insurance as soon as you got the car or did you have to put the car on your regular insurance and then transfer it to commercial? I was told that I'd have to wait for the Commercial vehicle registration before I can get the insurance so to drive my car of the lot I'd need to get regular insurance first. Is this correct?

If you are getting TCP license for Charter and uBerBlack, can you use personal insurance with the company name added? I'm finding it hard to find commercial insurance in Sacramento area. All the agents i have contacted have declined the policy. I don't know how all these limo companies get their policies. Please, if you have options, could you post here also?
For tcp in california you must have commercial insurance with at least $750,000 coverage. No personal insurance. Try to contact the insurance company that I have. If they don't do it then i don't know how to help
Do you have your LLC and/or TCP application in the works yet? In Virginia where I am loves to screw first time commercial insurance quotes a massively high markup than usual for companies with less than a year or two in the system. Also, consider reaching out to a insurance agent/broker instead of the online quotes. This can be discount city and more tailored to your needs. Hope this helps.

@@stanislavshaparenko8919 нет смысла вообще! На убер блак, если все почитатель и вычитать все траты, ты получаешь то же самое как на обычном Убер х. Плюс нет много людей которые заказывают блак. В итоге приходиться возник клиентов на режиме Х или Комфорт. Я советую не начинать эту затею. Я уже все закрыл и езжу и вожу людей делая Uber x. Очень счастлив и зарабатываю те же деньги.

Nice move man ! But there is a problem! If you credit card balance 10k and you paid more then 8$k which means u used way far then 30% of your credit limit your credit score will jump down it can be -20 or even -50 points (( cause bank thinks that you use credit money not rational 🤷🏻♂️

Khush , i am currently filing out an application for LAX permit and it’s asking a Business Tax Registration Certificate Number , did you have to get a business license with city of LA to get that number thx man

Couldn’t you just have paid monthly and use your credit card for the monthly payments? You’d still get the 2% back and that way you don’t have to pay 1 big sum in the beginning.
It’s not a scam at all. This is how businesses large and small operate. Remember, with Uber Black you are running a small commercial business and a self employed sole proprietor and not as an W2 employee of a company. Uber Black is in reality a limousine services provider unlike the rest of Uber and requires a full commercial operation on your part. It is definitely not for everyone. You must be disciplined and motivated to run the business first and drive second.

Commercial insurance is a total rip off and makes no sense for people to do with their own car. This is why most Uber blacks are driven by hourly paid suited employees.
