Update: The Golden Armor can also be Found in a Cave by the Largest Lake on the Map. The cave itself is very similar to the one shown in the video.
Hey guys, here is a Guide on how to get the Golden Armor in Sons of the Forest after the Update 02. It has been moved to a new location in the caves.

after the recent update: the directions stayed the same, with just a few things scattered around the way. instead of the "shirne" for the golden armor, there is now a golden "spaceship". you have to go to its back, get rid of the planks and in the front of the inside you can get the golden armor. edit: and instead of the rope to go up, there is now a stairway made of rocks on the left side of the spaceship

Gold Armor is no longer here this video needs to be deleted... its in the spaceship you get a part of the artifact and then the dude sitting in the spaceship next to the artifact is wearing the gold armor.

The exist of this gave is so incredibly wrong, even if/when you notice you have to climb that long rope across the room from the armor. I absolutely didn't notice the rope at first.

yeh, you can make the "golden" armor by getting a recipe for a mold, then you add the ore you can mine with pickaxe, then you wait for lightning to show..... just be careful cause mutants will spawn

Nice video, amazing! But have anyone else have problem whit the rope in the end? i'v tryed both caves, got the armor, and im not getting anywhere. The rope just wont let me grab it/use it.. proba bug, a really enoying bug, but yea :/

I had problems with grabbing the rope too, but in my case I was able to grab it eventually by trying to look up and down and stepping forward and backward a little bit.

What is in the cave by the big lake on the right side of the map? Im in it right now and I found some gold pillar-like walls halfway in, so I thought it was the golden armor but saw in this video its a different cave

I checked out the cave you mentioned and found the golden armor at the end of it. It seems to be very similar to the cave I showed in the video. It looks like the golden armor has more than one location now.

Yes 2 entrances on this cave, one also by the mountain side of the BIG lake. before this Video, it was the only entrance I knew
