To be honest, most of the [+???] achievements are just common knowledge in ultrakill. All you have to do is play the game a lot and even if you aren't that good, you'll still unlock every achievement. You underestimate the power of too much free time.
For mark chargeback you can also use superball and it's Upgrade. Same goes for wizard. For fireman it is easier to just freeze him and shoot at canister from behind.
for the fireman, if you are less experienced, an alternative is freezing them with the freezeray and then firing at their tank with an uncharged freeze ray shot
Unless it works differently in combat initiation, at any point when the the coin is in the line of mark’s hitscan you should be able to perform a charge back (even though you’d have to time it)
