OMG! Your comment is my reality…I use to weigh 110 for my entire life up until I was like 25 years old. Currently I’m 163 pounds, my heaviest weight was 180 but I digress…I cannot tolerate heels anymore at any height. I’ll definitely use these tips and practice at home.

@@tolueasalako Wow really? That's so bomb and exciting news, thank you for letting me know! I think you should wear heels that are comfortable and the heel height is 0,5 cm higher than the heels you are practicing on right now. 0,5 cm might seem like such a small difference but trust me you are going to feel it. Then stay on that heel height for 2 months and then you go higher. Just know your feet and body do have a max heel height they can handle. Listen to your feet if they are telling you, you have reached your max xxx

When I was 12 I wore 3.5 inch wedges to school everyday even winter! I went to a Christian school and we had to wear dress shoes so I chose heels! Lol My next school let us wear sneakers and I also grew out of those pairs so I haven't worn heels much since!

Outside of the recent pregnancy my feet are flat, my toes are long so I’m always looking like my feet are going to bust out the front & if it’s closed toe they always HURT .. trying to control all of that makes me not be able to walk

I understand! You need to go all the way back to the basics and start with low block heels that are wide enough. Maybe even start with a boot that has a heel height of 5 cm And then slowly build up your heel height. This is a direct question so please forgive me if you find my directness to straight forward. Are you willing to lose weight to feel better?

I kind of have a little jump start cause I wore my cowgirl boots that had a 2 and a half inch heel to them, almost everyday of highschool even walked a mile home in them very often LOL. I thought I was good to go with any heels because of that recently, so I bought 4” boot style heels cause I saw Ariana grande rocking them well, and just went to Walmart to, and my feet were actually DYING by the time I got back to my car. I’m gunna buy 3 and a half and build my tolerance up.
