It does seem a bit like this fits better on a Mag build? Have you seen it used on a Stam Arcanist as well? What about the 20% less healing from not using the ring anymore? Should we worry about it as well?
It's actually even better on a stam arcanist if you're a vampire. get the stam morph of drain life and boom no more relying on heavy attacks for stam regen
I'll be fascinated to see what having another source of Minor Force does to the meta. Is Barbed Trap's DOT and bar buffing power strong enough for that skill to keep its place in the UI if players have this ring equipped? Any thoughts on what would take the place of Barbed Trap for players who are using this ring?
Whats your honest opinion on running this on a necromancer with elemental catalyst? I have a hard time light attack weaving...but in dungeons and trials ill get minor force from group buffs... As of right now im using oakensoul bc light attack weaving on a two bar build is difficult for me. With a heavy atgack build, dots, and blastbones, its easy to do. The amulet i could just throw in a light attack here n there between spammable or blastbones just for the ult regen.
Zos overestimates players willingness to play or grind dungeons.... I've spend 2 hours to only get one run in that scamp dungeon. Slowly losing interest in this game with how group heavy pve items are to acquire.....

do not use relequen with arcanist, it doesn't light attack much and stacks fall off. Go with Riptide, I updated my site with builds and suggestions. You're better off going no monster and back bar arena weapon BRP.
Got all the leads first attempt around except the delve one might have taken about 5 times 😅 Does the pen, minor force & 15% damage outweigh the benefits of Sea Serpent's Coil's Major Courage buff & what's the chances it will neutered by Zos at some point?
Awesome, quick and efficient guide. The last lead just wont drop for me ;( and I have been farming that boss all night. Seriously cant be bothered with grindy nonsense like this. Who actually thinks this is fun?
I have a feeling that if this combo of sets goes far enough in damage, it will get nerfed. Deadly strike I can see going 8% as a "balance" change. Time will tell.
@@imRecozx While that may very well be, kilt is very situational as it super easy to take damage and lose five stacks or ten with just two direct attacks. Both the new mythic and deadly have been nerfed in a way absolutely. I was just saying if this becomes the most popular way to play the new class by a long shot, zos will see the data and make the adjustments to sway the meta. Really depends on how people decide to play and wither or not the Arcanist hits dps numbers well enough without the mythic deadly combo. Healer and tanking builds rarely ever make zos pull out the nerf bat as their population is far far lower. Will see in a few months how it shakes out.
@@TheAlphaOmegaX3 wont get nerfed until the new expansion hits optimal numbers. Deadly was already nerfed in the past, its easier for them to Nerf the mythic around august or something. Flat 15% increase to all damage done, its the new "oaken soul for players who still hate light-attack weaving but want to join more content"
@@mayedalshamsi Oak is still broken though for rewards vs effort, the amulet mythic was already dumped on and is very niche for only select class. We'll probably seem some arcanist dmg nerfs but mythic wise I think the amulet is looking safe - but I could be wrong.
@@Despond agreed on that, i don't think the amu is in danger... but we probably will and should see arcanist adjustments down the road. It's to easy to dish out crazy amount of damage with little to no effort comparing to other classes.... but that's kind of the road they are going.... While single target wise its not outperforming on a dummy, in content it's pretty stupid strong as crux generator (Flail) and majority of dmg (fatecarver beam with 3 crux spent) is all AOE.... so you see pretty wild numbers there for how easy this is to obtain...
does anyone know how to use crux on certain abilities i read a guide it said you can put what consumes them and what earns them as you level up but im not sure how it works any help would be greatly appreciated
Yes including final secret boss but you need the right build (defense/offence) & gear & I've only done it on CP160 characters so not sure if it's doable on pre-CP160 char.
@@Trix-_-851 I have killed the boss almost 100 times it drops loot but not the lead. I saw a post from June claiming someone got the lead from the delve where the Gold mandibular drops but if you kill any other bosses before the 5 minute spawn counter they will drop no loot at all.
The mythic was already butchered pretty hard, oakensoul beats it for every other HA class. I'd be surprised (maybe) if it gets nerfed yet again since it was a massive nerf. Maybe arcanist gets a tweak, idk, a lot of its strength are with how passive it is, even it's class passives are nearly universal for the spec where with other class passives most NEED that tree to have skills used/equipped. I think arcanist will be nerfed however, but have to see how hard, it will still have some of the best passive gameplay ever so the nerf will be stats.
Telling us all this stuff is useless if we have no idea where it is. Better to go somewhere else that gives at least brief directions or shows map locations.
Until necro is fixed and buffed so it doesn't require me to sacrifice my left hand to carpal tunnel syndrome solo vet trials like maelstrom round 5 due to its lack of damage and mobility. Speaking of necro the difference in have not classes for the top tier if trials and solo content is too much. My hand can't keep playing this game anymore buffs last too long and there's no sprint toggle. Eso gives me carpet tunnel not worth playing.
I mean buffs for the have not classes wear out too fast. I've permanently quit for ff14 as class balance and race balance is shit in eso pve right now.
Well that’s not true they are all very well balanced, just sounds like you aren’t good at pve in general. You should have tried oakensoul before quitting since it’s made for people like you.
Of all choices they have they seem to always choose the most iritating places to put the leads, been farming this annoying world boss 5hrs now and still not dropped yet . Fact that this boss is also the worst mechanic design in the game dont help either when randoms keep blowing everyone up
it's also a slap in the face for veteran player spent immense amount of time to master there class and rotation to get to a certain point. It's not the amount of damage which is an issue by itself, it's how easy it is to obtain which is bonkers comparing to every other existing class in the game.... i can give you an example as i was grinding up my dark elf arcanist and running slime/coral/deadly/vola amulet.... Was doing some veteran pledges as i still have to level up undaunted.... queued in as Healer on Arx Corinium - on backbar i had echoing vigor and the burst heal from arcanist if some players stand in stupid i keep em alive with burst and and decent Hot.... Well... first boss 120k dps (AOE involved ofc) second boss 155k dps ( AOE involved ofc) last boss hm 82k dps (ran low on ressource at the end, but pure single target) Now, considering this was without any buffs like major slayer, major courage from a healer, spaulder of ruins you name it.... Tank was in TT/Yolna so we had one 10 second horn and also no good major force uptimes.... -- That's fcking busted imho... at the second boss, the 3 other guys stood still and wrote in chat: "wtf is that damage?" i replied: "well, arcanist is just broken"... One of the dd guys, cp 700ish did not have necrom - straight replied: "how can i play arcanist".... well well...
