Getting back into this game with this big update. Haven’t played in a long time and it’s so nice to see Deltia’s Gaming is still on top of it with guides. Very helpful and excited to play this game again
I’ve been watching you since ESO came out and your guides have always been the most informative. Thank you for making videos and contributing to the community for so long!
Can’t wait to get home from work and continue where I left off - lvl 12… Appreciate this guidance. It’s been a hot minute since I tried leveling a new character/new class
Thx sir, nicely done as usual and actually helpful for my newest toon . . . Arcanist . . . so glad you've stuck it out and are still doing excellent work on ESO.
Thanks for the great guide! I've gotten in the habit of doing the tutorial with every new character, because they put out all of the armor types and weapons for free. However, I usually don't make sure that I get all of the skill lines unlocked right away, so that info was also helpful.
Just started playing 1 week ago and this video really is gonna help me as was sooo confused about how the bars worked with the skills and the levelling of those skills..you laid it all out nice and clearly.! Thank you
Finally - my second Imperial! I just love the race! One of my DK tanks is Imperial, and I have just been waiting for an opportunity to build a second Imperial! Thanks Deltia - great video!
Thank you for the video. I’ve been too comfortable with logging on to my main and doing the same thing every day. I had a day off of work so I’m starting a new arcanist. Just popping in to help that algorithm.
Great guide! I just started my new Arcanist but despite him being my 14th char I've never actually done the slotting of weapon skills that you don't even use before reaching level 15 - in order to level them for when you can bar swap to another weapon lol
Case you didn't notice when u skip the tutorial it gives you a box or loads your inventory full of 1 of each weapon to start. That and tons of returning players already have plenty of gold to spend on armor once u reach the first bank.
@@Clonest personally, I just use training gear my main character made that I have stored in the bank. I just make new character, skip tutorial, pull out gear from bank, put in CP, and go to town to join guilds.
@@jacobcluff6382 i mean them Champion Points maxed out under "Out of Combat Runspeed" and anything magicka is PERFECT for rushing around collecting all then skyshards till horsespeed is lesst up to 24% on a new character, that had all them XP scrolls map planned out to explore specifically make up for the broken addons 😁
@@Mama_Gardner I dont know either. There is a skyshard at the isle of Balfiera though. To be sure, I'd have to make another character and skip it, then check the skyshard count. When you skip, it gives you a bunch of stuff, so it could go either way.
I find one of the best sets for a new character is Adept Rider. It doesn't do that much for you, but the increased speed when you have so much ground to cover saves a lot of time. Obviously it's less important after level 10 when you have continous assault, but even then it saves a lot of time running around public dungeons, etc.
Been following your ESO stuff since you started and I have to say, “level like a pro… because I get PAID to do this!” was the best thing I’ve gotten from any of yer videos ever 😂 Honest and the laugh I needed today, thank you. (and ty for the guide, because I finally caved and got the expansion to level my own arcanist… on the last day of the damn XP event lmao)
Great video! This was extremely helpful as its been years since I played this game and its difficult getting back into without something good showing you the way. I noticed that you have some differences between the level 50 version of your leveling guide Arcanist Build and Solo PVE Arcanist build. Would you say the Solo PVE build is what should be strived for? I ask because in one build there are different abilities like Consuming Trap reconstructive domain and unstable wall of fire vs fulminating rune barbed trap and blockage of fire.
This is an amazing guide i am a little intimidated by all the information and the leveling process tbh, while i do get an urge to try this game out again, especially with an awesome class like this, seeing a guide like this kind of hits me square in the face and i'm like oh well there is a lot to be done, and it feels really daunting and kind of throws me off, dunno if anyone else feels like this sometimes i'm not blaming anyone just that i am like oh new stuff and it looks awesome and then i go look a guides and maybe stumble upon a really good one but all the information and i feel overloaded a bit and feel like i can't be like "i want to get ingame and put all this to work" because this is a lot to do and i'm not used to these types of games but really want to get into it.
Yes, the game is really rich by now and many features are not really explained in-game. But remember : you don't have to do anything ! No decision is final (except your class but here, it's ok as it seems you want to try the arcanist). Everything can be rerolled / respec'ed later (with just some gold usually). So use just the very few first tips from Deltia on how to start the game, select your very first skills and gear. And then : enjoy ! Discover the game and the class like that. A few hours later, you can come back to this guide and take the next few tips (guilds, skill point tips, ...). I hope you will jump in and have fun.
@@scytalelolo thanks this does help, sadly i won't get the chance to experience the arcanist till the update drops for consoles later this month. also wondered why that is, probably some technical reason or whatever.
@@scytalelolo perhaps, they do have test servers for pc if i recall right, perhaps some bugs pop up in testing for consoles so they need more dev time compared to pc where players are able to assist in stress testing and balancing through feedback on those test servers.
Gday thank you so much for the great information about arcanist build I learnt alot of the information you gave I hope you don't mind if I can ask you more questions about this build down the track
Jus saw this video sound easy to use(The Arcanist). Im using nightblade atm not bad jus dont know how to build up damage or which skill to use (Mechanics)..oh boy. but trying the arcanist now... im at level 11. i see how it goes.. Great Video
For gold, I don’t know if anyone has stated this, go to the necrom fencing station, go to the under area (forgot what it’s called) up some stairs, there are a whole bunch of urns to steal from, and no guards or anything around, full that inventory up, then go sell everything to the fence just next door, and launder the rest, helps your theft skills out early too. Of course, if you don’t have the dlc, I guess you’re screwed? Idk.
I put one skill from each skill line on my front bar + 2 weapons skills or mage light for the buff. Still somehow Curative Runeform got ahead in levels. Not sure if it’s gaining exp faster or if I read a few books that boosted it. I’ve been doing a one bar play style and loading up the second bar with weapon skills. Doing Cyrodiil dailies for 2 days and swapping to the second bar before turning them in for my Restoration Staff to lvl 41.
Hey wassup I see you unlocking different skill lines. Now with the magic staff don't I have to full up my magicka for higher damage. I seen the beginning of the video and you mention a stamina build. I went with that so if I want to use the staff I would have to rank up magicka
Thanks, great video and very helpful! Gg to everyone *for the noobs among us (still kind of a noob myself) you can just play through tutorial and you will have free armor, without having to buy it if you prefer
max-resource 'at any given time', would be cool... for instance, when your stam is low, from use, the ability gets powered by mag... even though, entering the fight, stam was your highest base resource. i could live with that... esp for leveling... because most of us play either/or stam/mag for end-game anyway.
Just FYI Deltia, you should mention you have to be at level 10 even pick up the Undaunted guild, instead of level 3 as your screen showed at the time. It'll save some folks from wasting time looking for an NPC that won't even be there. ;)
So what your saying is if you make your stamina and magic the same but put on a 5 piece stam boost on back bar and 5 piece mag boost on front bar you can kill people with stam on one bar and mag on the other and just slot your morphs accordingly?
yeah i really want to get into eso, but all this seems overwhelming. lol. I guess i need to do a good rabit hole research session first. As a new player is getting training sets even possible? getting training research on all the different armors im supposed to wear seems like it will take ages. Plus crafting also requires a bunch of skill points. Im guessing this game isn't super new player friendly but i will say ive enjoyed these guides so far.
Instead of doing the BG and dungeons. It's almost easier to do a quick story quest, and that also gives a skill point for each quest completed totaling 384 just from doing the zone story quests.
Quickest way to end game - kill tigers in Riften. Keep your armour and weapons leveled, if you have other char just craft about 4 sets for the levels use training trait and enchant everything. You can go from 0 to 50 inside of 24 hours. You can level all weapons to 50 but takes another day ish. Plus you get a start on crafting if you deconstruct everything you take from dead cats. Plus you learn how to fight 5+ tigers at a time. There is a rout for doing this. Used to be a way to make big money but it seems not so anymore because drop rate of yellow crafting mats.
I just went to south Bangkorai and killed the mobs there over and over again with 150% xp scrolls. Took me like 8 hours lmao. However, I got all my class skill lines to 50, got all the abilities to morph once and fully max that morph as well as my weapon skill line to 50. So that was a good tradeoff I guess.
I have to ask...13.43 How does a third level character have 9 skills? The first three makes sense, but there is a skip, the xp bar goes up a very small amount and then there are 6 extra skills. I may have missed a previous instructional video, but please...I really want to know where those came from. I would like to use the same way to get those extra skills at that level.
If you don't have gold, do the tutorial - you can get gear from one of the many armour stands; then follow what Deltia's saying re equipping 3 pieces to unlock the trait lines.
What part of California are you from (you talk to fast): Well laid out and cost effective for new players and and 2014 players who think they have it worked out. You taught us how to walk before we we put on our running shoes. Again, thanks.
