I had one of those days last week, and actually cleaned up my space as well. I think it's good to take a day or two out of the week, and Organize.. Get your Samples, Stems, Drums, etc all RTG!!🙏🏾✊🏾💚

Facts, It’s a good time management exercise. I’ll put all the samples in a folder with the date and can go back later and just simply pick a sample or two

I do the same thing when I'm not feelin anything. I'll usually look through the dusty dug collects of dope!MiKE and I always find something I should have added to the digi vaults in vinyl or CDs.

I just do mixer into mpc. I use audacity to make chops in mpc.

"If you stay ready you aint got to get ready" Professor Kirk State. Copywrite streezzeeneezike 😂 I used to run it from the turntable to the receiver then the audio to the mic input on the computer make sure the volume isn't maxed out and the levels are hittin correctly. Old skool steez son!. 🤙

I usually take one day of the week and get a couple tracks together that interest me vocal or loop wise. And go through and chop out sections I'd want to use and throw them in a folder. Then when I'm drivin or whatever and listening to music and something sparks the creativity I can get home and get in the zone.

I usually just record the whole song to the MPC for bookkeeping. If I need to redo something it's right there. Never the whole album. Only what I need in that moment. That 2 TB SSD does not care if they're all .wav either. I still have yet to use the USB port on my turntable thats especially for that.

helpful! I have one of those old pc with a cd drive but that didn't work vinyl is too large to fit in the cd tray.

I have dope beat on fl studio mobile and make some crazy scratch on it with my s5 Pioneer and really scratch tool vinyle ❤ I record videos on a camera but don't know how to record vinyle directly on the fl studio mobile ❤
