I'm doing No contact for myself,bettering myself,..I loved her but she's just not worth it.i think she still needs to grow..nd I accept that.i can't wait for one person...there's just too many opportunities out there..

Good luck moving on. I loved my ex so much… it would hurt to be friends. I had to cut him off completely. I even had to unfollow him on my language app 😂 Zero contact! I still think about him a lot. However, I don’t regret moving on. I’m learning a lot about myself and I’m open to new experiences and opportunities that probably wouldn’t have been an option had I still been with him. So good luck you will be better for it .
One of the things I LOVE about these videos is the Hope you give for winning them back (and good reminders, such as give it space and time: more than 30 days). Also, as I am on this journey, I am starting to build more security in myself and wondering "Do I even WANT them back?" I'm reading "Letting Go", per your recommendation and am trying to marry that philosophy with these videos. So far, the take away is: Let go of the attachment to the person and work on YOU!
@@shawny979 Yeah, I hear that. In that book "Letting Go", he talks about how life crises present us with polar opposites: do we choose to hate or forgive that person? Do we accept or hold on? Do we learn and grow or do we rent and become bitter? It's not necessarily easy to let go, so I hear you. Right now, I'm just sitting still and absorbing as much positive, affirming and introspective materials as I can.

it is never a rebound relationship my friend, it's the reason why she/he left. they had that person lined up or highly interested before breaking up with you. especially if we talk about women.

Hey man, got a question for you! I was recently in a really good relationship (no toxicity, no abuse) but I was dumped because of long distance. I understand and respect that long distance isn’t for everyone, but I was really enjoying it and I got let down. After getting dumped, I was offered friendship. I said no, then I blocked him off of everything (apart from his number, if he wishes to talk again) and I even deleted all of his friends, not before messaging them to say that I wish them all the best and that I hope our paths cross again in the future. What do you think about this situation? Would you call it dumping the dumper? I’ve not found any content relating to this on RU-vid so far. I knew of a relationship where the ex husband wanted chance after chance after divorce. The man never ever said he would change or do whatever it took to be the man she loved. They are still divorced today. He remarried but hasn’t changed. She is living a happy single life and improving herself, her life, & her relationships & living her best life!! 🎉

hi Mr black my situation is much different i was in a very long relationship she had an affair on me and is in a relationship with this new flop has nothing and is going no were, i now have realized that i am guilty of trying to call and text , after watching some of your content it has helped me understand that over 50%of long term relationships do get back together and just because they are with someone new doesn't mean they don't come back as you say it takes time, can you do a clip on sometimes it takes 6 to 12 months for some women to realize what they had and miss.
Why would you even come up with such a title? The title doesn't seem good at all. Sure it takes two to tango but that should not be the goal especially when you know things are over and done and it was not a healthy relationship in the first place.
Hi coach, I don't understand if I told my ex that I don't want nothing to do with him and to only message me when it comes to the kids then why is he not following that? He doesn't ask about our kids but has text me when he left the court house (visitation) or that he's moving to AZ.
I reached out to her. She didn't ask for a break up so I gave her space for 2 weeks and reached out to her. Its not going too well and I don't know if I should walk away again

@@jesussaves4485 stay strong and walk away. Matthew hussey always says if they don’t reach out and say they made a mistake and want to work it out, it is a selfish text to cure a moment of sadness for themselves or they just wanna make sure that your still there
Word of unsolicited advice don’t date people at work or the gym. It never works and makes you feel uncomfortable to have to avoid them on a daily or weekly basis OR worst they start to date another co worker. I know from experience

@@blacademic Hi coach, why would the indifferent dumper unblock the dumpee on messenger after 2 weeks of being blocked. Still blocked on everything else. 2 weeks ago, I asked my ex 5 times, does he still love me via text, because he ignored the questions and then finally answered in the fifth question by saying no. It’s very confusing! Is he confused or just playing mind games with me?

@@Bonita20 stop contacting him completely. Stop asking if he still loves you. You are not giving him space. The unblocking is breadcrumbs, do not react to that. Wait for him to contact you first
