Hey bryan do you recommend taking the courses through a community college? My local college's offers real estate classes but im wondering if that's a good route as well or if there is better choices online.
Bryan Casella I am in the middle of making papers in NY .I have only Social Security Number yet. do I need Green Card or/and citizenship to apply for the license ?
Thanks for getting straight to the point and droppin a lot of jewels within a short amount of time. Not like other people giving their whole life story lol ... great video ✌🏾
I’ve been kind of in the air about getting my real estate license yesterday and after watching this video you gave me so much confidence that I’m going with it full force ....thank you
Hello Bryan, I’m 58 years old, I wanted to be in real estate all my life.( Both my parents had their license) but I got married young, raised a daughter and now am ready to be a realtor. I’m a California native and presently live on the central coast. Real Estate is booming here. Am I to old? Lol, I know I would be great and I don’t look my age. Kelly 😎
Great video - I took my salesperson and brokers courses online and it was a breeze. For anyone interested, I uploaded a video about how I got started in real estate as well - would definitely appreciate any feedback!
Any young agents or in the process of getting license in LA area looking to collab or be apart of a team and grow together?! Bryan is super motivating and helpful! We will succeed!
I'm starting in TN (once I get my next paycheck, sadly virus has me paycheck to paycheck and lost my good job). Process here is a 60 hour real estate course, a 30 hour new affiliate course, then take the exam. Must be a TN resident for 45 days prior to the testing or licensing, i forget. 91 bucks for the fees
I had my 90 hours of education about a year ago and I haven't taken the test yet. I think I've waited too long. I'm going to keep studying though and attempt to pass the test.
Damn only 3 courses??? In Arizona it's 18!! 4 hours long for each 18 courses.. plus a school exam and once u pass then you can take the state/fed. exam ... much harder. But so glad I passed and about to switch to Keller Williams cus I heard it's good. gona take over Arizona very very soon!! I'll see you at the top BC!!!
Hey Bryan! Awesome video! .... I have been watching your stuff for like five months and I really enjoy your content.. I love sales and I know that's what I want to do for my career, but I have a huge problem trying to decide what industry to get into.... Did you have this problem? Have you ever done any other type of sales? And why did you pick real estate for your career? Thanks and I hope you get these questions.. I plan on buying your tactical tongue program here soon... Thanks again and have a great day!
If I was interested in getting my license to sell my own home what site do you recommend? I would be willing to take an actual class as well Also if I sell my own home and I have my license can I sell it at top value?
Hi Bryan I live in So Cal as well and am ready to take my state exam. Does the state application really take 4-8 weeks to process? Is there any way to expedite the process aside from being in the military? How long did it take to process your application?
Could you explain how to find a company to work for? Pros and cons? As well as insight to moving up the chain. What if I want to "start off" in real estate. What next?
I have been thinking about becoming a realtor for quite a few years. I have been in Direct Sales for at least 15 years. I am currently a leasing agent at an apartment complex and residents tell me they rented because of me!! I have heard you should have at least 1 year income in savings before beginning, is this true?
hey Bryan , I'm from the middle east & I would like to start working as a real estate agent in california , so is there a different process for me to get the license ? or i can go ahead with the process you mentioned in your video?
Do you have to take college courses to get a real estate license or is that old school way? I read on the CA requirements that you need real live college courses? Is this true?
good video i have hard time studying and retaining info any suggestion on easier learning steps, also any test example on the question that are asked on the test any suggestions are welcomed thanks
Nice insight. But, question? Would there be any exams in the online course where I would have to pay extra for to take? Or will the fee be all in one and just take the exam as usual? I live in Houston, Texas and would appreciate it if anyone knows a great online course. Thanks!
In Ohio its 120 credit hours to get a license. Hey +Bryan Casella Ive watched plenty of your other videos, and I would love to know what was one thing you regret doing or a misconception you had when you were a new Real Estate Agent?
i think it is so dumb how you have to be 18. i am currently 17 and wanting to start. i am extremely passionate about real estate. it is all i want to do with my life. It is all i want to do but i am restricted by age. so frustrating.
Does anyone know if you need a high school diploma to do the real estate classes? It seems like it’s just a preference. I live in Arizona someone please let me know.
Bryan Casella I bought a lot in Arizona 14,000 sq.ft and we are excited to live there but the only thing that holds us is the weather. I have house here in Oxnard California we are in the process of my loan and raising funds to pay the lot that I am targeting for my dream house. I woke up this morning thinking about i can do this, being a realtor sales agent and be a boss of my time. My aim is to finish and pay all my debts in the bank and live in my dream house without hardship of paying off. I am inspired of your video you are the first video I saw in you tube. I will look for a school or I will take it online school and learn to be a successful one like you. Hope I will become a good realtor in the future.
I really liked First Tuesday. I just uploaded a video about the whole licensing process in CA if you're interested. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions!
Hey Bryan, I just passed the state exam for California and I am looking to move down to socal from norcal to begin my real estate career.. Would you recommend Keller Williams as a good broker to work for starting out? I know I would have to grow some relationships since I would be new to the area but do you have any other tips for me as a newbie down in socal? love your content, subb'ed.
Bryan Casella which KW branch office are you working at currently ? Any chance I can join the KW office you're situated in ? Are you mentoring or training new real estate agents at the moment ..?
You really only studied for an hour for one month and passed in 30 minutes? I feel like an idiot. I've studied much longer than that and failed my school exam with a 69. What did you do for that one hour of study per session? Flash cards? Just reading the book? Lectures?
I did that too. I think I relied too much on practice tests and memorized the pattern of the tests. Well I have to pass the school exam and then pass the state exam. Did you have to do that in CA? Thanks for the information.
