Watching your past videos actually got my mojo back when I restarted slimming world in March. Actually seeing all lovely meals that are slimming world friendly and getting inspiration from your “what I eat in a day” videos and Aldi hauls has really kept me on track! In the past I’ve forced myself to eat salads and home made soups that I wouldn’t even enjoy, or batch cooking and end up getting bored and then having the full weekend off plan thinking I’d saved up enough syns. Now I spread them out each day and don’t just save them for chocolate and take aways but incorporate them into meals to make them a lot more satisfying! Thank you for all your help with your videos it’s took 18 months to get back on track but I’m here and enjoying the journey!

Thank you so much for this video it was really needed.I lost 5.5 stone two yrs ago put 3.5 bk on and this time it’s just not working I can’t get through a day never mind a week! But I’m re joining next week new group and I’m not gonna look bk on my past loss but just start again and the one tip I’m definitely taking from you today is I’m going to make my goals smaller so I’ve a lot to lose and instead of thinking right goal is to loose 10 st.I’m gonna take it half a stone at a time.again thank you and love your videos and insta 😘 xx

Exactly what I needed for my fresh start tomorrow , gone through all the books and done a meal plan for the week with a massive variety 💛 and letting go of past mistakes and ways I’ve let myself down with secret eating , leave all that behind me and focus on the future ! xx

What amazing ideas, Chloe. What works for me is writing it all down, planning, making shopping lists for what I need to stay on plan. Otherwise I don’t do it properly and I forget all the syns I’ve had. If it goes wrong it doesn’t matter, start again! Only 3 lbs to go to target! I can’t wait to get there. I guess maintenance may be harder!

I came across this video a couple of days ago now and after trying keto, low carb and even calorie deficit diets, i choose to go back to slimming world because of this video, because so much you mentioned is me to the letter lol so thank you so so much i re-joined last night :)
Thank you for your videos and uplifting focus on weight loss. Chloe, I’m American, coming off Weight Watchers and Keto with gains/stalls. Went back on SW out of desperation. Down 9.8 lbs. When I tried to enter my weight, today is weigh in day, it rejected it. Lol! Spoke to the Chat Consultant. She said it will reject a large loss so ok, it shows a 4 lb gain. Oh well, you helped to motivate and convince me to get back on and follow through. I’m so grateful for your help! I still have a way’s to my low but not as much as last week!

I joined SW a month ago,doing really well.Blind weighing,it really works for me big time.Just asked my consultant to tell me when I’ve lost my first stone,and so on. If I know what I’ve lost or not lost it has a really negative effect on me ,I would rather not know.Take care and a million thanks to you x

Thank you for this 🤗 I have struggled with my weight for years and I'm in a slump again but I'm almostn ready to do something about it... again! This has really helped me as I relate to everything you're saying (as a serial yo-yo dieter) and I need to get back on an even keel and stop beating myself up and focus on health not just weight loss. Really helpful as always Chloe. I joined slimming world again (2nd time) in August and have been doing well but same as you finding it more difficult this time round. I have been struggling a little the past few weeks and lost my mojo a bit but this video really helped me to re evaluate and gave me the motivation to get back on track so thank you ❤

Great Video again Chloe. I was surprised to hear about you struggle with water as it is because of you than I now drink my 2 Ltrs and more. Since you mentioned the Pear and Apple squash from Aldi I find it no problem to drink. I also use a sports botte which I think you had and I find that makes it so much easier than a glass of squash. Hi Susan, aww some days I can have good days and then I have really really bad long stages where I just struggle so much with getting any water in. That apple squash is lush though so maybe I need to give it another go and make it ice cold, I always prefer it that way. Yeah sports bottles are so much easier too to drink your water, you're right! Thanks for this video and being so open about your own struggles, it really has helped me to know it's not just me. I always feel I let myself down. Your advice is brilliant 👏. I took a lot of pointers from it❤. I was at target 2017 and now just joined again. I have followed the plan to the letter but not getting those loses. Not a clue what's going wrong but I'll look at my food diary's and try and work it out. Onwards and upwards, or should I say downwards 😂🎉

I lost 7 stone a few years ago and I’ve only kept about 2 stone off. I’ve tried so much to start again on SW so many times but just can’t stick to it. I’ve rejoined online this weekend. I’m trying to be positive but deep down I’m thinking I am going to fail again. 😢 xx
Hi lovely, don't be hard on yourself. What has happened in the past has happened, and you can only now focus on what's about to happen in the future. Forget about what you lost in the past and just focus on what you're going to do now moving forward. You won't fail again, you need to leave that attitude in the past and believe in yourself. You know exactly what it is you need to do and you've just got to be kind to yourself and take it day by day and stop applying so much pressure to yourself. Each day you manage you're already winning and you're a step closer to getting to where you want to be. Please keep me updated on how you're doing, I really do care!! Lots of love Clara xxx
