Biotin deficiency is pretty rare. Most people get more than enough biotin from from thier daily food consumption (eggs, meats, nuts, etc). Don't waste your money.

I have a full beard. I take care of it every day. I wash it every time I take a shower, I comb it, I put oil on it, brush it, and trim strands of hair that stick out too much to make it look as presentable as possible. Beards are huge a responsibility, just like having long hair.

I’ve been told multiple times not to wash my beard everyday. You’re supposed to wash it with beard shampoo and conditioner every 2-3 days.

Another tip, instead of hair supplements you could use a few drops of castor oil. It’s much cheaper and you apply it to your desired spots. Keep it at least an hour onnand then just wash it. You could use it overnight but you’ll need a bad towel since it’s very greasy and you won’t get it off the sheets or cases.

Hello Alex Costa, I'm so much confused by growing products in the market realted beard care and wash. I really want to stick to a simple routine. Can i simply wash my beard with any facewash? Since I was 15-16 years old, I wanted to have a beard so much, and then I turned 18, I bought minoxidil and started using it, but I want to note one thing, I didn't have a beard at all before using minoxidil, like a little mustache and that's it, so now I'm 20, and I keep using minoxidil because I haven't achieved the desired results, but if you have something on your face, you can only use it for 1 year and you will have a beautiful beard.

Dude you are only 20. Most men wont have good beard growth until their late 20’s. There are very few people who get that lucky (lucky for me in a part of that small percentage im also 20). Just give it time and you will eventually reach your genetic facial hair growth potential.

In my case healthier diet, daily workouts and deep long sleep was just what was needed Didn't took any supplements but for nourishing beard and cleaning it used dried soapnut, gooseberry and shikakai powder its the best for growth and completely natural very cheap and easily available in ayurvedic markets

Minoxidil & Derma roll. I dermaroll twice a week, and apply minoxidil every other day. been doing this for 8 months now and the results have been great. pair that with the tips Alex gave and stay consistent with Minox, if you have the genes then it'll grow. I imagine taking biotin would help a lot too. best of luck brethren.

@@Scopefire671 it’s definitely different for everyone. but yes, my skin does dry up. i’ve read that people have had great results with applying it once a day so in that case do it at night before bed and apply lotion in the morning. i guess you could use 3%, but ive had great results with 5% 2x a day, i work from home so i can afford to do 2x a day. definitely do your research though!

Taking pills can help you in increasing Growth hormone, but lateron the other hormones level in body can harm you a lot in ur daily activities - better to take advice from any physician before talking any of these pills

Most people here from what i have noticed are FAR too young to be able to grow a beard. On average most men wont be able to grow a full beard until their late 20’s. There are only a few people (including me) that were lucky enough to be able to grow a decent beard at such a young age. Just give it some time and stop believing that shave your beard for thicker growth bs. Another RU-vidr that i have watched for beard growth tips and beard trim tutorials said to let it grow without trimming much for 4 months. If you want tips from a professional in this field look up Matty Conrad. His beard videos on GQ and on his own channel really helped me create an awesome beard of 3 months of growth (And I have no plans to stop).
