Hi everyone! In today’s video I will show you the fastest method to grow your nails using natural ingredients that will give a boost in your nails growth. To grow your nails will not be difficult if you take care of them as I will show in the video. I use the lemon, garlic and olive oil method and my nails grow super fast. You will see the first results in one week!
A wonderful home remedy capable of boosting your nail development is lemon juice. The abundance of Vitamin C will facilitate the production of collagen which will help to make your nails healthier and stronger with time. Lemon also contains substances such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, folic acid. These substances contribute to the strengthening and give a boost in the growth of the nails.
The second step is to use garlic and olive oil together. I create a mixture which is easy and fast to use: you can keep it in a closed jar, store it in the pantry and use it whenever you need it, at least 2 or 3 times a week. The reason why garlic is suitable for strengthening nails lies in its antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Olive oil is very rich in vitamin E and antioxidant substances. Nails usually treated with olive oil grow longer, especially if the treatment is performed regularly. The nails will be more nourished, will be more elastic and consequently will become less and less breakable. Massage is essential to ensure that the oil is able to penetrate the nail until it is completely absorbed.
This nail care routine is capable of boosting your nail development.
Follow these easy steps to grow you nails faster and stronger:
• Take some fresh lemon juice.
• Soak a cotton swab in the lemon juice.
• Rub it on all your nails.
• Let dry for 3 or 4 minutes.
• Put some olive oil in a glass jar.
• Take a clove of garlic.
• Cut it into small pieces.
• Put the garlic into the oil.
• Use a cotton swab to pick up the oil.
• Rub it on all your nails
• Massage the oil: this step is essential to ensure that the oil is able to be absorbed by the nail.
• Leave the garlic/oil mixture for 4-5 minutes.
• Wash your hands using the lemon juice to eliminate the smell of garlic.
Also make sure you regularly use cuticle oil ( you can use any oil ). You should use cuticle oil everyday and massage well to ensure that the oil is able to go into the nail.
Finally you can apply a base coat. You can choose a treating base coat as hardening or repairing base coat. Base coat will give the nails extra protection preventing them from chipping and breaking. Apply base coat also on the edge and the side of the nail .... and also on the back!
