In my experience this is the fastest method to grow your nails. I use the garlic and olive oil method and my nails grow super fast, healthy and very strong.

@@isabelcamarena4094 yes i have tried and it works but then my nails got trapped in my car door and they bent over do i decided to cut them off but it really works for the first few days you might not see a diffrence but by the end of the week you will see at leat some growth it works at diffrent paces for some but am garanteed it will work for you so yes try it out!

The round nail shape is the best choice for long nails, because round nails rarely break. There are no pointy angles to absorb too much impact from bumping against things. You're also lucky to have very long nail beds that can support a very long free edge.

Hi I am doing the garlic and I leave it on. My nails just from 3 applications has shot out and are now a little longer. I currected my statement it's not half but a forth of an inch long sorry. I have tried a lot but really the garlic works so good. It not only strengthens our nails but they grow strong and, it's why you can stick your nail into the garlic. Thank you so much, I'll pass this on to my friends. I cook with garlic and love the smell of it lol.

Wash your nails with fresh lemon juice or toothpaste. It will remove the smell. Then apply oil to moisturize your nails

I do it at night before bed. I use a thick hand cream directly after using garlic. Barely smells. When I wake up in the morning the smell is gone. This has definitely helped my finger nails and toe nails.

Looks like you need a Strengthener for your nails. Start off by getting your nails clean and ready then apply two thin coats of strengthener (day 1) then two days later apply 1 thin coat of same thing continuing this every other day for 7 days then on the 7th day fully remove all polish and begin again . doing this with the polish puts layers of protection on your nails.

Oh honey acrylics destroy natural nails and it takes minimum 6 months to grow out a healthy nail. this method is amazing I have been using it for years now. I also add garlic to oil and use it every day. that helps a lot too.

I use olive oil and Jamaican black castor oil mixed 50/50 and it works really fast too! I'll pick up some fresh garlic cloves the next time I'm at the store to add into my regime. Your nails are so pretty! :)

That's great. Chop the garlic and add it to olive oil. Use that oil every day at least 3 times. I do that and I have seen clear difference in just few days. You can use it with or without wearing nail polish. For more details check my nail care playlist

@@aranihiritharan7465 its okay that's alright. You can remove base coat if you are doing it 3-5 times a week otherwise you don't need base coat if you are doing it daily. And if your nails are thin then use base coat and do not remove it each time you use this method.

Hi. First if all I'm proud of you for not biting your nails. It would take at least a month for your nails to grow out above the skin. If you can do it everyday then it would be awesome. otherwise 3 times a week is enough. You should apply oil on your nails several times a day to keep them moisturized

@@amritajha9892 no don't remove it. If you are doing this everyday then don't apply base coat. And if you feel like you need the base coat to protect the nails than chop garlic and add it to your oil use that oil everyday even with nail polish on . I have a videos on that. Check my nail care playlist and see how you can use nail growth serum with nail polish on. The explained proper way to apply it.

Yes you can use any oil that you have. And yes your nails will grow if you use this method daily. And use oil on your nails 3 times a day. Your nails will grow healthy and faster than normally it would grow

Story time! Before I get started, I'm going to day that this defiantly works!! Okay so basically I was a big nail biter. I know, it's nasty. I bit my nails really short. I bit the top layer off and it was so gross. Then, I started using a anti nail biting treatment(The clear nailpolish that tastes horrible when its on the nail). It worked for a bit, but then I would forget to put it back on and then I would bite my nails. Then I found this! I stopped biting my nails because I wanted to see the progress of my nail growth. It was so good! I started making it a new routine and now I get so many compliments. Another thing that helped me stop was when I heard that biting your nails gives you bad breath and sometimes when you bite your nails there's a chance that it won't grow back. So yeah! That's my story.

Hi. No you don't have to apply everyday just for a week. If you can apply everyday that would be awesome. But 3 to 5 times a week is enough. And you can apply as long as you want. I apply every week 3 times and I apply oil on my nails all the time everyday. And it has been years.

Hey guys you can use any oil that works for you. You can use this method daily or 3-5 times a week. Plus keep oiling your cuticles several times a day. I have no before shots of my nails but they have grown even more now. I am so happy, Saturday is my cleaning day for nails and I remove clear polish with non acetone nail polish remover. Then I wash hands, and then I rub my nails in the lemon. Then I dry nails and I do the garlic. Then allow to dry then I add a vitamin E capsule to the cap of it and squeeze of vitamin E out. Then rub it all in and let it absorb. Then I put a clear coat on mine, and I am set for the day. I love roses tutorials and I can't wait to see more. I never had long nails ever, except last year but they keep breaking. I listened to another lady about putting a coat of polish on every day. But they were not strong enough. The raw garlic is what makes our nails strong, mine is now as long as the first picture of Roses. I love my long nails thank you Rose 🌹 your awesome in every way. The thing is I believed you, and trusted you. Now I am very happy😊

Hi . Yes it will work apply the oil u Der your nails with the nail polish on and the cuticles. Your nails will be just fine. Mix the oil and garlic for the polished nails. It will work much better

Hi Ms.Rose! I like your video. I have been using garlic on my nails for about 3 weeks. I am seeing results. I have been adding garlic to my nail polish nailtiques 2 plus(amazing nail hardner the best I've ever used) then using it as my base coat. BUT also I once a week I peel fresh garlic rub my nails with it, leave it on for 20 minutes, then add garlic to my polish as well lol *doubling up* So how often do you think it is good to do it the way you do it? Hi dear. Thank you so much. Your method is amazing. It works the best for those who want to keep their nail polish on for a week. Usually I use the garlic method 3 times a week... I have also used it daily and it worked awesome. Daily is too much work for people. Your method is the best for maintaining the nails. I hope you are oiling them regularly several times a day. One more thing, for different people the nail growth is different. If you use this method daily your nail growth will be stronger. It will take one month if your nail growth is fast... Otherwise in two months you can achieve this length. I experienced stronger and healthier nails while using garlic on my nails. I hope this answers your questions. Yes you can use vaseline... and oiling is necessary to keep your nails moisturized so that they do not break with minor bumps. Moisturized nails do not get brittle, they do not chip and they do not break easy. if you do not keep your nail moisturized they will become brittle and they will break easy. You can apply oil or vaseline on your nails with or without any base coat or nail polish. keep your cuticles moisturized and apply oil or any moisturizer you want...several times a day... Hi. thank you so much. if you are trying this everyday then you don't need to apply nail hardener. If you are trying this two or three times a week then apply nail hardener and yes it would be better if you remove the nail hardener while applying garlic on your nails. You can also put garlic in oil and use that oil everyday with nail hardener or nail polish on your nails. Buy one as soon as you can. And you can use oil with nail polish on. I don't use this method with nail polish on. I use nail growth serum with nail polish on. Check my nail care playlist to see how you can make your own serum.

It's up to you. You can use it whenever you want. And you should apply it at least 3 times in a week. Continue it till you want your nails strong. Apply oil every day severance times.

I do this method once a week and I remove all the nail polish layers. but if you do not wat to day that then I would suggest add garlic to your oil and use that oil as cuticle oil 3 times a day. add few drops of essential oil to remove the smell and you are good to go. you can use that oil with nail polish on as well. Roja Sathya use it daily if you can otherwise 3-5 times a week is enough. Apply oil daily several times to keep your nails and cuticle s moisturized.... any oil will work...

Thank you dear. I do this method when I am not wearing any nail polish. I do this twice a week whenever I change my manicure. Other than that I added garlic to oil and i use that every day. I made some of my nail growth serum and diy oils that I use. You can find the videos in my nail care and pedicure playlists. U can easily make them at home and get the best results. I recommend all. You can use what works best for you. there are many options. all oils a re good and oil + garlic works wonders in my experience. I hope that helps. take care

yes but if you don't want to and you can maintain them then don't...base coat protects your natural nail and cuticle oil give moisture and the nail do not tend to break when the cuticles are moisturized...

Hi... you have to keep your nails moisturized so that they stay flexible and dont break...use oil a lot. be careful with long nails. You have to follow some tips while using your hands. Wear gloves while working...Don't use your nails as tools... they won't break.. and above all keep the length of your nails which is comfortable for you... thank you so much for watching

well its okay my nails used to be weak and they used to split too. we all know nails grow and up to certain length they look very beautiful... your nails will grow back and eventually your split nails will be filed or cut... so don't worry. I would recommend to make them a little short. and yes garlic method will prevent more damage. it always works...and age doesn't matter you are beautiful... but at this point your health is more important, eat healthy and your hair and nails will stay beautiful...have a great day ❤

Yes white nails are thick textured nails. my nails are also not very white but they are strong... transparent nails might also be strong and thick too. One of my friends nails are transparent but they are stronger than my nails... So white or transparent it does not matter...the strength of the nail matters...so don't worry your nails are perfect
