What do I do with them once the blooms are done??

Wait until the leaves turn yellow on the plant and then you can dig them up and save the corms for next year. Thanks for watching!

I would plant them anyways. If it gets too hot in your area they may not bloom before the weather heats up but it’s worth a shot and you may be surprised what you get!

Thank you so much for this very informative and well done video. I bought a few corms a few weeks ago at a local store and unsure how to start them. I need to hurry as we're in 6b and warming up fast!! I'd love if you show them along the growing journey and then this fall how to save the corms for next year. I just found your channel. Thanks for such excellent videos! God Bless!

Is it too late to start them now in CBS?

It might be worth an experiment but I think it’s going to heat up too quickly for them to bloom. However you could start this process in mid July and plant them out in august to get some fall blooms. I haven’t tried that personally but I would like to give it a go.
