I bought the little sunflower pot from Dollarama today, but as I'm not a an expert, I felt a bit confused about how the compressed soil was supposed to be used. I was worried about over-watering it.. (no clear instructions on the pot). 🙈 Thanks for the information.

How many holes did you poke and how big? Did you poke the holes right before you planted them into the ground?

Can I plant these directly in plant containers? Or, it has to be planted directly on the ground?

I only use distilled water to start seeds , no rain water in mn march , and people dont realize the salt in tap water

I started green beans only using plain ol tap water but im also in new mexico where a lot of our water comes from the aquifer and is meant for farming. Just research what area your in and were the water comes from it may be good enough for plants.
