I think a lot of you are a little confused in the comments lol. This is what you're supposed to do BEFORE your actual glute workout. hence it being an "activation". This alone won't be enough to grow your glutes, sis.

These are not only great workouts for a bigger butt, but also strengthening your back! The clam and glute bridge particularly were a part of the list I was given when I had my back injury. Remember to always tighten your core👌🏽
same! i had really bad sciatica in my lower back and my physical therapist basically just made me do a bunch of butt exercises to strengthen the muscles around the area
I just did this exercise...my glutes are burning. Measurements as at 06 Sept 2020 : Glutes106 cm Waist 88 cm Will update y'all in 2 weeks✌🏾 Updated as at 21 Sept 2020: Glutes 107cm Waist 74 cm ( turns out I was just bloated, did a colon cleanse and my stomach reduced dramatically) I will update again in 2 weeks

No wonder why I’m feeling like I’ve been doing this wrong! I don’t activate before hand! So I’ll start doing this before I start the other glutes workout! I’m glad I found this!

Lil bby yes you do squeeze at the top. Try and keep your lower back straight. It will curve a bit but you don’t want your back to arch. Good luck. Squats are really great also but it also triggers the quads as well. These are glute isolation exercises. Only targeting the booty so squeeze tight👌

Hey, Janaye Penn! I been liking you're content recently, im so excited to try this! I just have a question, how many weeks/months would it take usually around?
i feel so dumb because when it says L or R i thought she was making the letters and i really thought i could see the L shape until i noticed it means left or right 💀💀
But chances are u still gonna have to do squats...coz remember this is a booty activation...just to wake up that booty before you get on real exercises
Definitely not with these exercises alone because these are ONLY the glute activation exercises you're supposed to do BEFORE your actual workout. These exercises are to wake the glutes up before you workout so you can get the best results from your workout.
Please can you comment on what exactly you are doing and give instructions on how to go about it? Just watching the moves is not enough especially for a beginner.
