Wow! My man! I am down 129 lbs thanks to content creators like you! I started off 350 pounds 6 foot one horrible physique very bad belly everything. Am down at 2:15 as of today. My physique is looking more more like yours. I cannot even believe it! I never thought I would be able to look like someone like you. Even though I have the skin, I still have a great physique underneath and I intend to get surgery. You can look into intermittent fasting, it is good for weight loss, but also has many other health benefits. One I keep hearing is that it's supposed to tighten the loose skin
Wow I did other 20 exercises to help less butt fat and let me tell u they worked cuz after it my whole body was full of sweat and sweat was dripping from my nose
Your exercises are easy to do and so effective! If kids had these for PE, more would like PE and they'd teach their parents when they got home from school.

The human body isn't meant to sit in chairs all day long. Ever since an early age sitting in a school classroom for most of the day, to get home and sit on the sofa/computer chair for the rest of the day. Most jobs require people to sit for extended periods, and after work you drive your car or ride a bike, or sit on the sofa or at another computer. Its all down to sitting so much that we never learn to use them.

That means your glutes are not fully engaging so the lower back has to help. Keep doing this until your lower back is not an issue. Also, activate your core (contract your stomach) before each rep. Hope this helps😊❤
