I'm 5 years older. I started when I was 54 and it is doing well for me. One of the important changes I made was writing down my goals. Every morning I look at my plans for the day next to my goals. Everything that does not advance my goals I eliminate. It has freed up time I never knew I had. That "new" time is then repurposed for something that does advance my goals. I do this every morning for the day, and on Thursday for the following week.

Functioning speed is most important. The other speeds that will push you forward are delivery speed, how fast do you deliver your product? Timing speed, are you executing at the right moment? And expansion speed, how fast are you able to expand, the rate of change of the size of your company? So is functioning speed how fast you carry out the day to day tasks of your company? Am I understanding that correctly?

The good thing about a degree is that, it teaches you how to meet dead lines and how to finish a project.....Ended up building my pool house in the end, became a top performer, but still not trying that 6 figure income.
