This is a 10 minute big booty workout that you can do at home! No equipment needed. This is in real time. All you have to do is follow along. Enjoy!
-10 different exercises.
-45 seconds each.
-Small breaks in between.

Here are foods and things ypu should do. 1. Eat eggs, fish, brown rice, avocados, and peanut butter (if you are not allergic) 2. Exercise 2 to 4 times a day 3. Eat right the right foods and don't eat a lot of junk foods. You can have some but not every day. 4. Go on a walk or run 5. Do house work because sometimes y'all don't be doing nothing. 6. DRINK LOTS OF WATER 7. Dance if you want even if its just for a tik tok 8. Squeeze you butt when you squat to pick something up. 9. Have a good sleep and sleep around 9:00-9:30pm 10. Drink protein shakes 11. Have a rest day it's important ~💅 hope this helps y'all💅~

Nice Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you researched - Chireetler Amazing Butt Rule (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning a simple solution to get an amazing looking body minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker after many years got excellent success with it.

when doing donkey kicks you're sopposed to focus on putting your heels to the sky, not the leg. When doing fire hydrants extend your foot a little outwards (as a dog does) it creates muscle movement and a good burn of the glutes. When doing leg exercises all together.. always start on the leg you've just ended on when going to the next leg exercise, it pushes the glutes and makes them work like they should. Not to be rude just critiques to help others strive to their goals a little more properly!😘💗

Okay well I just started doing this exercise. I'll keep ya all updated. Day 1- damn it was tough... My legs don't exist anymore loll 😂 Day 2- my leg was already in pain and the hydrants felt HORRIBLE...!!! But done it. No pain No gain! Day 3- well d exercises got much easier and I see a little... Teeny tiny uplift Day 4- rest... Cuz my body needs it duhh A week later:- I'm in tears..!!! I'm more rounder and firmer omg this works out really well...!!! I'm so glad I found this vid!!! Thank you soooooo muchh...!!!!!!

Hi I just wanna say something I been doing this workout for about 1 month in a half or 2 months and this really does help me out with my body I gotta say and had insucrites about my body and by doing this workout it may my body look in a better shape mire defin. and I now have for self confidence in my body. Day 1:this workout hurts 😭but you feel so good afterwards Day 2: I’m very sore 😭 the workout is getting easy to remember Day 3:it’s getting easier it’s hurts and I’m sore but it only means There’s process happening Day4:the swelling went down the workout is getting easier and have my mom say that she sees my muscles getting tighter 💯 Day 5:I took a break Day:6:I see something changing I will come back next week 😅

Amy - Gaming Fan girl my booty looking rounder I just don’t really see the uplift and I have been taking more then one break so that must be the problem but I’m still working on it and I changed my diet because that’s important like eating food like brown rice Greek yogurt eggs avocado etc. but I will come back next week

Day 1: Horrible, I was breathing hard I felt like I was about to pass out, I also had to take breaks in between Day 2: Rest Day 3: Still breathing hard, but it was a little easier for me to do the exercises Day 4: Rest I will keep you all updated 💜💜 Day 5: Average, I kept breathing hard, but all I took was one break this time Day 6: Rest

I've done this for 2 weeks and I can say my butt grew 2 inches and my hips 3 inches. It doesn't sound like much but I'm soo happy with my results... highly recommend this workout 👌

since i’m in quarantine i decide to try this out!! Day 1: it killed me very hard trying to stay motivated tho day 2: rest i was super sore day 3: i felt it easier this time day 4: easier day 5: A LOT EASIER felt the burn i see a slight difference a bit more rounder and bigger

Girl ur body is GOALS. The summer before high school just started for me and I really wanna get in shape because I’m not doing much. I’m definitely starting this tmr Edit: So I know I said I would be starting a while ago but I got super busy and I started about a week ago. The soreness is definitely getting less and less as I do this, and I think I’m already seeing some resultss!! I’m going to be doing this with the thirty day ab challenge on blogilates and I’m really hoping to see results by the end of summer. I’ll keep you guys updated!! Edit 2: So I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now and already seeing a change. I have a much bigger booty and my love handles have also gone in. I don’t get as sore but I’m still not able to do the curtsy lunge bounces without taking a break every 20-25 sec Edit 3: it’s been a while, and I kinda just do the exercises from this that I’m able to but because I’ve been working on other parts of my body too I haven’t been able to do this very much. I am doing the blogilates glutes challenge and I do this with it sometimes and THERE is a HUGE difference now than there was at the beginning of summer and I’m so happy be in better shape before school

Mitro perssaud don't get me wrong these excercises are not magic and it won't get you a big booty overnight, in order to get that you will have to train your muscles and use weights I use resistance bands.But trust me I didn't have a booty to begin with before I started doing these workouts and I noticed my booty getting tighter and rounder, and I don't do alot of workouts I also do hip thrust everytime I do these and the results are awesome,goodluck :)

I’m gonna try this workout and I think I’ll see results in a week of doin it morning and afternoon every single day cz my butt is not flat i just don’t like the way my butt is i want it bigger and round so i can look like i have that “hourglass shape”. Rehana Hussain facts 🙂. But yeah it worked my butt grew a few inches up cz everyone is telling me that they notice my butt now so I mesured it and it grew like 3 inches in 3 weeks. (Now it might not work that fast for you too cz we have different types of bodies but yeah) good luck I encourage you to do it and also your stomach if ur stomach has a like 1 or 2 inches of extra fat (like me 🤦🏽‍♀️) then u should probably work those abs that’ll help you with the shape you want bcz for some people it’s just an illusion. So get that waist tiny and those abs 👍🏾. Ps: summer is right around the corner, it’s crop top, bikinis and shorts time 😉😉😉

y’all i just started this today after doing some other workouts and i’m telling you by the 2nd exercise my legs felt like JELLO. and when it got to those glute bridges my shit felt like an earthquake lmaooo. definitely could feel it working and i feel great after finishing. i’ll try and update but great workout !💕

okaaay day two done, it was way easier today and i was also sore in my glutes ans thighs all day so this exercise actually felt good, kinda like a nice stretch. i can’t say i’ve seen improvements yet but its only been 2 days so i’ll be back. (i’m also doing 16:8 intermittent fasting during this, just fyi.)

Day 1.24.11. The 45 secs are hard non stop. Had to take a brake at 20 sec.✅ Day 2.28.11.-skipped Day2 6.12- able to do all 45 minutes except bouncing lunges. Day 3- scheduled for 7:12 Day3- 4-Jan 2022 after 30 minute walk Day 4- scheduled for 5.Jan.22 after 1 hour bike ride

I must say that u r amazing Night one:almost kill me omg was grateful when she has to stop to reset the timer😭 Night two: was sore from night before workout but i still manage to complete it.😫 Night 3:oml this was intense but it was much easier than the first 2 nights.🙏🏾🙌🏾 Night 4: was much easier than before and wasn't bad 😍 Night 5: it was easy to do like wow, i should say i am feeling better and seeing some results💗💖

Starting this tomorrow like to give motivasion:) will keep you uptaded:) Day 1: Competed the whole workout. Felt the burn but it felt good because no burn no results right? Day 2: Felt it a little bit extra when i did the bounce squat.. shaky feets after the workout but ITS really good to be finished:) Day 3: I can really feel it from yesterday when i do the workout. After the workout i feel a burn but i think that is a good sign:) no results yet but i don’t expect that at all after just 3 days. Day 4: resting day Thanks for the motivation:)

So I started doing these exercises and the first day I couldn't do the whole 45 sec I had alot of breaks... The second day I couldn't even walk properly lol...my butt was very sore.. Today was the third day and I didn't have so many breaks than the first day when exercising...I'll be updating this... Today was the fourth day and my butt and thighs is not so sore anymore and I could really see results although there's not so much difference but there is a small difference

Aktuelle Maße : Booty: 92cm Hip: 85cm Hip Dips: 83,5cm Waist: 69cm Thighs: 48cm Ich werde dieses Workout wahrscheinlich noch mit anderen kombinieren. 💕 Day 1🌼: War recht anstrengend, allerdings vollkommen in Ordnung! Day 2🌻: Manche Übungen sind echt schwierig und andere gehen total klar, ich merke allerdings manche Übungen mehr als am Tag davor...wahrscheinlich mach ich mehr richtig als gestern.

Day1: not as bad as I thought and I could really feel the burn😂🥺 Edit:I’m doing 6 of her workouts for 6 days a week. I’ll come back once I see results

Hi Janaye, I'm new to your channel. Watched your video to the end. It was fantastic. Simple but effective. If you continue to do videos like this for glutes, you will definitely hit that 1 million mark. It would be great if you could some for arms and hamstrings. Wish you ALL the best! day 1 complete! i love love this workout such a killer💪 my booty is okay rn but i’ll keep you updated jus remind me if i ever forget ! thanks! day2: i haven’t noticed results yet ofc but i’ll keep going. love this workout i feel like it’s going to work day 3: WOW only day three and i already am seeing a change! love it! day4: just finished the workout! changes are being made girl ahhh day 5: my hips are wider and my booty more “perky” i guess you could say but i’m super happy so far and it’s only DAY 5 just wow this has to be the best workout for glutes yet
