@@won6yo600 i think they prolly maintained a healthy diet such as balanced meals. that can help a lot. drinking water helps get rid of toxins and waste in your body. i recommended eating healthy balanced meals w protein, carbs etc, such as Toast + Avocado + Tofu Scramble with Spinach and Tomatoes.

I can confirm this absolutely works! So i started 12th June and i was working everyday doing it once no added workouts, i did add towards the 20' i added daisy keechs booty burn 4/5 mins however i soon made the mistake of switching routines before i could start seeing even better results. My butt started looking flat again so i went back around last week and i started doing it 3/2 times a day and i added kokobo fitness 100 glute reps, i do that as soon as I wake up and before going to sleep and my butt is looking so good. No workout has giving me such good results in barely a month. I absolutely recommend this.

I am so happy I came across this video!!! I have been faithfully doing this routine 3 times a week and I am loving the results. Best part is that the video is short and simple. I’m gonna keep y’all updated on how this goes for me! day 1️⃣: it felt so easy and relaxing! I think it’s the music and how calm she’s doing the exercises that’s making me feel so chill lol. day 2️⃣: I feel the burn this time, but it feels good. 😭 I added a resistance band and some ankle weights. day 3️⃣: the donkey kicks are kicking my a**.

Hey guys so I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks ! Day 1 : the exercises were easy but they weren’t painful I didn’t see any difference Day 2 : day 2 is way more painful but I’m trynna get through it there is still no results ❤ Day 3: still the same as yesterday but it was less painful 🫶🏾 Day 4 : day 4 I was lazy but I still did the workout Day 5 : the workout is good and it wasn’t that painful but I’m seeing results !! 🎉❤ Day 6: I was busy so I didn’t do any Day 7: I forgot 😭👎🏾 Day 8: I did the workout but I didn’t feel any pain ❤ Day 9: I did it I could see results like massive results ! Day 10: my body was giving but the exercise got harder for me to do Day 11: I just felt lazy and didn’t to Anything

Tracking this for 2 weeks! Day 1 ✅was not bad at all not a lot of breaks didnt hurt at all. ! Day 2 ✅ woke up hurting but as I was doing the workout it didn’t hurt as much as I thought! Didn’t take a lot of extra breaks!

Day 1 done (2x) Day 2 done (2x) Day 3 done (2x) Day 4 skip day (25 ballet lunges, 25 squats) Day 5 rest day (Sunday) Day 6 done (2x) Day 7 done (2x) Day 8 skip day (cardio) Day 9 daisy keech bum workout (I been reading its more effective to not do bum workouts every day and when you do, mix up your exercises? I'll be switching to doing a bum work out then "rest" or do other workouts for 2 to 3 days then do a bum workout again. I'm curious to see if this helps) Day 10 cardio Day 11 cardio Day 12 done 1x, plus 12 squats, 20 walking lunges Day 13 cardio Day 14 daisy keech bum workout Day 15 rest day Day 16 rest day Day 17 done 2x

i do the same workouts along w others but this is my first time seeing her video . i did it twice a day every other day. as long as i do it 3 times a week im satisfied. these specific workouts are crucial for butt lifting / getting a rounder butt ! you can see some results in a good 3 weeks, 2 weeks if u do it everyday. you just have to be consistent with it. hope i helped 💞
