This honestly works, I've been doing this almost every day this month and my stomach is getting toned. I actually feel the burn in my stomach and not my legs/neck like other workouts

Ben-Gina Fantaisie hey yes, I do watch what I eat but I also let myself enjoy snacks. I drink mostly water, green tea, and coffee. Cut off soda and sugary drinks and you will see a huge difference! I think that’s what really helps. I also eat from small plates so that has always controlled my size (I am naturally petite)
I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks and I see a big difference. I have a fupa and it’s getting smaller and more tough. I used to weigh 182 and today I weighed myself and now I’m 176. I’m very happy with myself. My mom even told me that it looks like I’ve been loosing weight. This works really well !! Make sure to do a cobra stretch once you’re done so you can stretch out your stomach !!! Thank you so much for sharing this workout 🤍🤍
This REALLY works! For anyone considering trying this definently go for it!! Can't stress this enough. I've been doing this for bout three days once a day in the morning, and I see a significant difference. I have struggled with my lower stomach for a while, and started doing this exercise to get ready and "glow up" for college. I'm going to keep doing it for sure!! Love your videos

A few tips from a lifelong athlete 1. Leg extension even tho she didn’t do it is much better (I’ve been a synchronized swimmer for 6 years so I know not everyone can do it but if you can you should) 2. Make sure to engage your abs and core if you purposely use it your brain will recognize what muscle you want to work and move things along faster 3. If this is one of your first times working out there is no shame in taking breaks along the way just make sure to push yourself 4. Think about the outcome whatever you have to do play music y’all to yourself get someone to do it with you always keep in mind the outcome of doing this 5. You’re beautiful and if you want to stop and just go eat go ahead but if this is your goal keep going Edit: I forgot to say make sure to breathe while doing these it helps
Been doing this for 1 week today along with 2 other of her video & I’ve already seen results!! Consistency is the key! The only other thing I’ve done is stop eating after 8 and start eating at 12:00pm besides that and these videos. 😊 i do these world out for four days then rest a day so there’s never a designated day to rest or to work out.
Going to try these exercises. Got 10 more pounds to go from 220+lbs gotten myself down to 185. 175 is good on me since i’m 5’10 my stomach is almost flat from doing various ab workouts plus the 30day ab workouts on my phone. The most important thing is nutrition eat less exercise HIIT, cardio etc. and get your body into a caloric deficit and you good.
@@darealmrsknight6593 It's when you eat less than your caloric intake. Eating twice or once an day will do it plus exercise. There's alot of videos on it here on youtube that's how i found out how to lose weight on my weight lose journey.
okay i started this at the beginning of the week and kinda skipped on it to do other ab workouts too, but my stomach is starting to flatten and i see a hint of an ab line!! my goal is to glow up during this quarantine, thank you for helping me out!
I did thse exercises along with Chloe ting's ab challenge for 20 days and saw results!!! It's the first time in my life I've actually been able to stick with a ab routine for so long & doesnt hurt my back). Im still doing them pretty regularly at this point. Im back to pre-baby waistline & better! Thank you!

I really like this workout. I've only recently started exercising again so it's a struggle for me to do anything super advanced. Also my neck becomes easily strained with other workouts but this one was gentle. I definitely felt my core engaged during this workout. Thank you.

Ok , imma start this today and try to give updates ✨. Day 1 : I felt the burn so bad but I pushed through all of it 😌 Day 2 : I did all of it and It kinda burned Day 3 : did it and it burned . Day 4 : It burned alot more today ...but I did it Day 5: I got through all of it Day 6 : break Day 7: it burned a little , got it all done

I have been doing this for 2 days now and im so glad i can find an excersise for me. I have asthma so i cant really do much cardio. But this workout i found out i can do and i have been trying to get rid of my fat on my stomach. So far it was really hard for me at first but i think im starting to get the hang of it
Okay so I’ll be giving updates:)) day 1: damn I’m realizing how weak my core is. Definitely not easy and burns. Day 2. My core feels tighter! It def wasn’t as bad as the first day, but I still need to take mini breaks between each set. Day 3. I feel toned! I’m taking fewer breaks and I’m feeling good! Day 4. I’m sore! I feel good though, I feel stronger :)
I’m a gym fanatic, I love my weights but working graveyard as a nurse I can’t always make it. I’m in pretty good shape but I still have some tummy, you truly came though on this one!!!

I have been watching this workout for the last two weeks. I decided to finally join in. This workout is harder than it looks. I did make it to the end. I will continue with this one until I see some results.

Start school in a week so imma do this till I start (probably afterwards as well) to get rid of my gut :) I do exercise but I’ve realized that my stomach is flatter on the top then the bottom so hopefully this helps me get a flatter gut to kinda even it out. I’ll update to see how much progress I’ve seen (from now till school starts and afterwards if wanted)so like for motivation pls :))) Day 1: it was hard and my lower abs burned but I reminded myself it will be worth it Day 2: the workout felt a little harder but I tried think positive and think differently to keep myself motivated and I felt better afterwards Day 3: my lower abs are pretty sore but I can see a difference Day 4-6: same old :) i do see difference which is great cause school starts in five days and my pants/shorts look better on me already:)))) Day 7: my stomach is pretty even out now which is great cause I start school tmr. It was hard to keep myself motivated but I’m honestly glad I stocked threw cause now I feel great and look great **this workout really works so I 10/10 recommended it
