I shampooed my hair once early on in the year, and I left some of it in my hair by accident, and on that day forward I could tell my hair was reducing in size as I was growing it.. What he says about shampooing is very true

y'all should try coconut oil, I put some in a pan on the stove and heat it up till it melts which dont take long. Then I put some on my fingers and start running it fully through my hair (kinda like massaging my scalp) it helped me alot with growing out my hair
I have been growing my hair out since last September, and I have to say I have seen a great change, my hair would've been way bigger than what it is now but throughout the process my sister would shape it out back into a high top every time she cut it, now I plan to just keep on growing my hair until I can get dutch braids (bcuz even tho my hair is long enough now my mom still says it isnt)

Only one flaw that I saw in this video. Conditioner does not penetrate the hair shaft so it does not seal moisture, but it certainly adds it :) all in all great video
I got a bottle that has shampoo and conditioner and I use it every night and my hair grows decently fast but maybe it will grow even faster if I don't use it so much
Bro this is really fun to me cause I´m studying my last year/last season on my hairdressing/barbering program and we are teached to shampoo our hair two times every time that we shampoo it cause first time we losen up the fat and the next we get it out of there, yet I feel like you are right, because it makes since that our hair needs fat, we learn that too yet that is the confusing part we shampoo the hair two times yet we learn that fat is good for the hair, shit this is strange... +Emil Bengtsson (Coolemil) well when I do shampoo my hair, I do apply it twice. So on the days I do shampoo my hair, I'll put it in, wash my hair with it, rinse it out, and then apply it a second time. The first time really is just to loosen it up.
To keep my hair moisturize I can use a leave in conditioner or oil in my hair to keep it moisturize that will make my hair grow faster , longer, and healthily
Im here because i told my barber not to cut the top but he said he has to do it cause the side were uneven and he thinks since im not getting braids i should just cut some off.
What do you suggest for hair management in the night? How do you get your hair the way it is, first thing in the morning after you rolled around in bed the night before? And finally is good to wet your hair every time you shower?
+Aaron Mark well i usually just put a moisturizer in my hair at night because sometimes I would wake up with a dry scalp in the morning, so that prevents it. My hair is a mess in the morning lol I usually get it back to normal by just wetting it in the shower. So yea i dont think there's anything wrong with wetting your hair everyday as long as the water is not too hot and you put conditioner in it afterwards
here because barber messed up the 3 lines in my hair laughing so the only way to fix it was a mohawk and almost bald on the sides (btw not my channel friend logged in )

I have coconut oil. I oil my hair before I go to bed, and when I wake up but throughout the day my hair still gets dry.. how often a day am I supposed to moisturize ?
