Cool. Just one tip: Warm the oil in a bowl with hot water next time. Like put the oil in the glass bowl, fill another bowl with hot water and have the bowl with the oil float in it. Microwaving will diminish the nutrients. Like to get this up so it helps others! :)

To anyone wondering or doubting if it works... it does but you have to be consistent. I have natural THICK “coarse” hair but it is a big Afro and when straightened or stretched it is long. I used to do this and other little diy hacks and even started making my own concoctions based on what my hair needs (moisture and detanglement were big targets for me) and I noticed how fast, shiny and healthy my hair grew. I got comfortable with my results and my hair is starting to look not as healthy again and not grow as much. Consistency is key and don’t be afraid to try your own methods that work best for you based on hair type and your overall goals 🤗

Justin Foley no it’s for black guys who’s hair doesn’t grow fast enough because your hair doesn’t produce enough protein to make your hair grow at a normal rate. Coconut oil, virgin olive oil and eggs are all heavy in protein and that’s literally the main thing you need for growth.

@@idontknowjalen8859 too much protein IS bad and cause protein overload which will make your hair dry, brittle, tangled, and will break very easily. There is moisture and protein that your hair need, and it can get too much of either. Try to balance it out like he is saying.

I don't think it works... all the people I see doing this method have curly hair. I think all that solution does is loosen the curls making it appear longer ..........
