Thank you for covering that question, I enjoyed the episode and found it helpful. I find that not knowing what the quality of my team's deliverables will be is the part I get anxious about personally. I set up systems for my team to follow to both improve quality and reduce my own anxiety. I find it hard to tolerate mistakes and easily get embarrassed when deliverables are not perfect.

have you ever talked about losing weight and experiencing anxiety? as for me i want to reach my goal, i eat 500 cal less than normal so not a drastic change yet my comfort zone is totally gone... anyway now entering my 3rd week i feel losing weight is also a mental challenge to be honest but i feel more persistent than ever because I have failed many times, I know sometimes discomfort is part of the package i guess anyway 😊 seeya
