Personally I think ancestral trauma is a core wound in many people, the deepest beliefs we hold about our worthiness or safety in the world or ability to belong,or see see ourslves as part of a ongoing bigger picture...our disconnection and lack of rootedness in the world is often due to ancestral trauma. This isn't just academic to me or theoretical but a lived expereince I had involving a spiritual awakening where some ancestral trauma absolutely came up and that sense of worthiness and guilt and shame was absolutely linked to ancestral trauma. The main thing is finding a therapist attuned enough and able to hold a space well enough to hold quite deep trauma..sadly too amny of them aren't but hopefully that is changing. Unfortunately there are not enough therapist around like Thomas who simply losten and attune as too many I have found are ready to jump or presume they know more than you somehow by virtue of their training. Some of them need to learn as Jung says that the person coming to you is often there to show you what you need to learn about yourself as a therapist. I also agree with Thomas about all psychedelic assited therapies..I am weary of this becoming to go to for any depth work as he says there are so many other ways that just take the time and patience..too much too soon can be too hard anyway to inetgrate and take the risk.Things can change pretty quickly one momentum starts and you also learn more sustainable ways of maintaining and developing ongoing tools you can use throughout your lifetime

Hubl is awesome in his sensitivity, his compassion and his knowledge of human psychology and trauma...In his own way he is a Rishi.🙏🏻

A Rishi? O, my, that is a sure sign of a charlatan. Truth is, he knows no more than the rest of us. It just looks that way!

We do, indeed, have to be careful about telling anyone how to feel in regards to their experiences. Every person carries layers upon layers of unseen, unacknowledged historical documentation in their psyches and bodies. The challenge for me is accepting the vastness of potential brush strokes on my canvass, and how they influence the images and feelings I create out of so-called reality. It will take the rest of my life, at least, to even touch what makes us the way we are, but because of the complexity I actually feel much more hope, not less. The long game is worth playing and worth the struggle and discomfort.

All these sounds so 19th century. Science needs time to catch up I suppose. I will check out the book for sure. Eastern philosophy talks about it for centuries now. We just passed the new moon which was “pithru paksha” I have been doing this therapy holistically for more than 10 years now. I do energy healing therapy. Reiki does the magic too. There are a lot of healing therapies that exist. We don’t need psychedelics. There is a lot of modality of healing system that is present on the earth. That is not recognised by universities or given Doctorates. We just need a little more awareness as professionals.

What makes you a collective trauma expert? As an honest person, you should be able to answer this.
