A stinger is one of my favorite shots. They are so very satisfying when struck well and they go straight. Unfortunately, I sometimes hit them even when not trying to. argh! Good demonstration, Will.
My lowest iron is a 6 but I can hit it head high with a lob wedge. Hitting it high is my issue. I noticed years ago that the wind doesn't affect my ball flight like others I play with.
It is going to depend on the ground conditions as Will mentioned when playing in TX the ground is very dry and that will give him more total distance. Thanks for watching - Thomas
Any time you hit a lower shot by delofting the golf club the smash factor will always be higher than normal with that particular club as long as it's still a center strike - Thomas
@@2ndswing I did! I enjoyed them very much. On my own training protocol without the true-blue super speed system... I am using an old speed whoosh (light) and a custom super heavy club, and I use my regular driver for the middle weight. I'm already up a few mph over the course of these last couple weeks. I might cave and buy a super speed set, but for now my system seems to be working pretty well.
This video is relevant for probably one percent of golfers. Average guy drives it 215 yards and has no business carrying a two iron, much less trying fancy shots with it.
