Do you have a video of how to return or block a hard drive when you at the front?

Wouldn’t a righty follow thru to his opposite shoulder (left)? Can’t follow thru to the same shoulder of the hand your holding the paddle with ?

You're obviously using the kinetic chain, can you do a segment on it. I see a lot of players hitting their FH using only their arm like a pendulum. Their bodies, legs are totally not engaged in the stroke. Thanks

missing a fundamental for power FH, "wrist lag".

How about using pressure of pinky and adjacent finger of paddle hand to turn paddle faster...acting as a lever.
