How To Hold Chopsticks-EASY Method

This is a video of me showing you how to hold chopsticks. I demonstrate a super easy method to hold them. This may not be the "proper" way to hold them, but it is definitely the easiest way that I have found. It allows you to move the sticks fairly easily and still allows your hand to feel comfortable.

you cannot rely on the chopsticks to line up you have to use your index and middle finger to control it and the tips aren’t meant to touch they are meant to get food in between them or to pick stuff up with the actual stick on the sides of the stick but at the bottom of course, your welcome.

I tried, and spent half an hour trying to hold them. I have very small hands and Dyspraxia which affects my gross and fine motor skills and this is a really big challenge for me.

this is actually a harder way and improper way to hold chopsticks. notice how the ends crossed each other when he brings them together? you will spend more time dropping food than putting it in your mouth. I used to hold chopsticks this way too. Look up Yin & Yang Living RU-vid channel. Or type in search, how to hold and use chopsticks. It should be first video to pop up. I no longer cross my sticks and drop food.
