Your time is valuable and one thing you will never get back. You must prioritize what is meaningful in order to be effective.
It can be easy to get off track in meetings and as a result not move the needle or accomplish much.
Sharing a few tips to help you conduct effective meetings where you and your team stay on track and get things done.
-Set a start time.
-Create your agenda.
-Set an end time.
-Create time blocks for each presentation.
-Stick to one topic until the presentation is complete, understood and accomplished before moving to the next topic.
-Raise your hand. Speak up when you need clarification on something before moving on to the next topic.
-End on time. If you didn't achieve what you set out to, you'll be better inclined to stay on track in your next meeting.
