Vincenzo! "When you cook from your heart the food will always taste better!" What great advice! I'll remember it! I can't compliment you enough on your food! It was so elegant, yet so hearty, welcoming and delicious! The presentation was out-of-this-world beautiful! The camera person did a superb job, and the videography was professional! I have not had a Christmas dinner party in years. I had gold charger plates and napkin rings, nice dishes and such. Spent at least an hour lining things up perfectly. One guest commented the table looked too nice to even sit at, so as not to disturb the beauty. The food was delicious too.

What a great dinner party. So many good tips. I was wondering how I missed this wonderful video when you posted it then I saw that the date. It was uploaded the day before my daughter's graduation so I was busy getting ready for my own dinner party. Italian foodies are always entertaining.
