I had 2 holes in my heart when I was born and the doctor told my parents that they couldn't take me anywhere or I would get sick but they didn't listen to him and still took me to church safely and I was healed with no surgery or anything needed now I'm 14 years old and worship and praise God every day❤
I struggle with the fear of man, from a different aspect. I am a Black American man that finds myself afraid of other black men because of how most of us are raised "culturally". So when I feel someone is sizing me up, staring i instantly get on guard and nervous because im anticipating a violent interaction of some sort. Funny thing is from outside appearance, someone could easily stereotype me as a "trouble maker" or "thug" looking for a fight to pick. Not realizing that I'm a scary man, but that scariness causes me to be filled with aggression and defensiveness. I want God to break me free from this so that I can walk in His love towards others and love instead being isolated and paralyzed.
I needed this. You described me n my current state. Intimidation is the root of a lot of my life decisions. I have realized that my fear of lots of things is rooted in intimidation. I have seen counselors that help with the symptoms and coping as you stated but the Lord clearly just pointed out to me that this is the spirit that I need to break free from.
Thank you is all I can say, I was a powerful preacher in the Spirit and saw much fruit until intimidation set in and wreaked havoc in my life for almost 10 years. The experience felt so similar to what you described and I’m thankful to now have resources like this to couple with Holy Spirit working in my life! I am becoming free. God has shown me that fear and intimidation handicapped my gifts. I am excited for this series.
Praise God for showing every fault and flaw in irder we can heal! I therefore bind to hell every lack of desire to overcome the fear of man while binding one to overcome the fear of man in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents, the children I teach and the body of Christ and binding to hell every desire to intimidate another and binding one to desire to use one's authority rigtheously, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone lacking desire to overcome the fear of man while desiring to intimidate another while lacking desire to use one's authority rigtheously, in accordance with this word and proverbs 29:25, luke 10:19, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah, glory to God ❤!

I’m dealing with this at work and in my church ⛪️ It’s tough but God is teaching me a lot through it and helping me to be strong in Him 🕊 The word He gave me is He anoints my head with oil in the presence of my enemies 🕊 I know this to be true and He is faithful

This is me! My goodness, this has been my life since I was a little girl. Constantly worried, constantly insecure about my own salvation. I always feel like God’s gift of salvation and a Spirit-filled life is meant for other people, but not for me. I’ve been Avoiding people and confrontation, always complimenting and comforting other people, people-pleasing because I can’t stand the thought of people being angry or disappointed in me. I’m on medication for anxiety and OCD and have already gone through deliverance in which fear was one of the spirits cast out. I am much better than I was before deliverance but now it’s me struggling to change the way I think and operate. It’s very hard. So that’s why I am looking forward to this. I NEED to be free once and for all!
Thank you for continuing to stand with me for my breakthrough. God surely is at work, although right now it doesn't look like it at all, and I so long to see what He is doing behind the scenes
I just watched this video and everything you were talking about was ringing true for me, stuff I’ve battled with my whole life. I looked to see when this was from and was shocked to see it was posted two hours ago lol!!! John, I was exposed to you by my brother who is a spirit filled preacher, myself being spirit filled (albeit for not very long) but I am loving your teaching. Brotha 1st one to the video and im Bout to go on a 40day liquid fast and i truly believe this word/ Series is for ME!! 😊 Believe it or not I found your book on B intimidation like 10yrs ago laying on a bench at a bus stop.. I was very afraid around that time but i read it all the way through and believe it helped but since than i fell back a little into the fear of man and opinions of my faith.
Hey Pastor John, I have been battling this spirit in my own family and University that is very secular on campus. My major is comprised of a lot of things opposed to the gospel that I chose to study personally for the population I have been wanting to work with the moment Ive been saved. Can you please pray I overcome this? I have been hated because of things I have been open about in my university but I notice this spirit has been just so heavy over my life and I face constant opposition and need him. I wanted to cry hearing this video because I know it is the spirit that led me to watch this video! It gave me such a relief and peace, and confirmation like never before that I know this is what has been heavy over my life!
The book of Daniel is a good example to read for an man who was apply to defend his faith while learning the norms of a culture that opposed God. Along with prayer (I will be praying for you as well), Daniel’s story could help you.
@@themichael4898God told us not to make graven images or bow down to them, and we have no portraits of Jesus from the 1st Century, so I believe it is better not to make representations of Jesus as it is risking idolatry and making Him what we want Him to be. The description of Him in Revelation chapter one does not look what is shown in this video.
