I just got a Autism Medical Alert Card in the mail. I ordered it for myself and my partner. We are both on the spectrum and I really hope it helps when we go to a place like the mall where it is often very loud with the little train and music and chatting in the food court etc. I wear headphones but it doesn’t always help because I need to turn up the volume to hear someone speaking to me and then I hear all the background noise and uggggg! Anyway thanks for making this video. I hope more people in all countries (US, Canada, Europe Etc) will see this video and others and understand autism better!

My sister's classmate said I was *_just_* a guy with disabilities (learning, ASD, and limited motor skills). He made me sound like a joke to still living at home at 27, graduating from a small charter school--at TWENTY--and being a slow learner in general.

Also in the UK in most areas you can have an alert card especially for the Police which you can hand to the officer. Mine is called a Pegasus card.

I have the sunflower card pinned to my work bag and use the sunflower lanyard for my medical alert ID necklace. I live in Little Rock, AR (in the USA) and this lanyard is accepted by my local airport! That's progress!

I have epilepsy and atisaum I where ear difenders for going in to airports and planes they are to nosey I don't like airport sicuratey they always rush me
