How to Impeach a Witness with Prior Deposition Testimony 

I have personally messed up confronting a witneess with a previous inconcistent statement. Although it was not from a deposition but a request for admissions, the question of whether the witness has been asked the same question in the past during cross applies equally and is definetely one I will remember. Brilliant.

This is a good technique for cross examination, to the point, keeps the jury focused and convinced with your viewpoint.
