Great tips , but what if your doing your job well and even going the extra mile, but your boss says your not doing your work , and that you talk too much. And asks coworkers if you'r helping them out even if it's needed to do your type of work ?

The no1 tip in how to impress your new boss is YOU thinking up an idea that will increase sales, hence growing greater capitol for the business, growing capitol being the essence of business. Businesses exist to provide service or product or both. You find a way to increase sales and the business grows.
