Despite my failures at several companies, I never gave up and continued the fight I had started for the goal of working in the BPO industry. Just remember that no wonder how good you are or how prepared you are, if the interviewer doesn't like you then there's nuthin you can do no matter how good you are in the interview...this really happens even if you already have experience in the position you're applying..
Exactly. You know what in my country Indonesia, if you're above 25 yo, and not good looking. No matter what you're saying or skills you have. You're not getting hired. This is why i only apply jobs from overseas companies, even though i didn't get a new job yet, but the thing is they always review my application and give me chance to take assessment and interview. At least they notice me without judging my age and appearance.

I failed 3 interviews and they emailed me at the same day. I was really sad and disheartened yesterday because of it. Right now, I have a scheduled interview on-site and I lost my confidence because I'm scared to face another rejection. I know that it is normal to get rejected especially if you have zero job experience. I don't want to give up but at the back of my mind there's a voice saying that I should just go back inside my comfort zone. I did not just lost my confidence, I also lost my eagerness to work for the BPO industry.
Ganyan din ako sa umipisa, para tayong may kaba everytime may interview, pero try mo wag ioverthink yung ginagawa mo, instead isipin mo lang na maging masaya, mawawala kaba mo, isipin mo lang na di ka naman nakikita ni customer so bakit ako kakabahan. Kaya yan.. no expirience din ako sa bpo, gusto ko lang mag work sa malamig na lugar, haha ayoko na sa construction.. sa monday certification na namin.. goodluck sa career mo boss amo.

i feel the same way, I failed 4 times after that i carried away by my thoughts that if i try again i might fail and become disappointed again and some point maybe I am luck of self confidence and I wasn't trying enough because im afraid to endure such rejection.

I think the most important skill that I learn from it was the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand by breaking them down into bite size pieces and as costumer service representative I think that it is a pretty important skill. The faster the costumer understand the instructions the more satisfied they are

I've been studying your videos to prep for a BPO interview and the BPO career in general. This would be my 12th video. I like the idea of mimicking people I'd like to emulate. Hi! I just want to seek help with this one since it really hinders me on my job application. How can I say the real reason why I leave my previous job if I said to my previous employer that I will take a licensure exam and pursue my degree. But I ended up not continue to pursue my career path that I want because of lack of money and I want to become more financially stable by applying to another job. I tried to apply on jobs that are related to my degree, but It is so difficult to find and be accepted since they require a license or experience for the job. That's why I also apply jobs that are not related on my degree. But if I explain these true reasons to the hiring manager, they might think that I'm only applying because of money and I show lack of commitment on their work if I said the real reason that I want to pursue my studies. And if I'm going to lie to them, they might discover the real reason thru background checking or references. Thank you so much for taking the time to read on my query, it really means a lot. Do not practise or memorize it! Yes, you need to study but atleast give 1 night of full rest before jumping into an interview! Don't overwelmnn yourself or simply don't overthink imagining things that can ruin your mood or focus for the interview. Relax!

Hi pa help po. Hindi po ako pumasa sa interview dahil sa question na ito. A customer ordered adobo but she received shrimp instead, she's allergic to shrimp and was really angry, how will you handle this kind of customer? Na blangko po ako kaya mali2 ung sagot ko :((
Sympathize, empathize and apologize Show respectfully that you understand why they are upset, and try to put yourself in their position to see how you might feel in a similar situation. This might help place you in a more understanding frame of mind to craft a solution
To be honest, nakakawala din talaga sa focus yung hindi ka tinitingnan ng interviewer. I know you they are taking notes but its awkward talaga eh. I attended an interview and I prepared myself for it pero parang nawala talaga ako sa focus kasi yung interviewer, she never smiled, she was so cold, she did not look at me most of the time and keeps cutting me off as well.
I encountered an interviewer just last week, and he opted not to hire me because he doesn't want this kind of answer🙄 "Novelty" "Painted pictures" Person that we knew mutually, asked him the reason for him not to hire me; he said, "Because she has so much to say. She's almost telling a story for a simple question." Don't even know what's wrong with that boy!😂
