That family convenience store needs to be on the resume using a job title that tracts with the role you are applying for with the new company. Customer service always has a production element whether face-to-face retail or in call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your relevant transferable job skills. Great video!
I remember the day na lagi akong nanunuod ng videos mo iniscreenshot lahat ng possible questions and now I am proud to say call center nako because of you almost 5 months already thankyou you help me boost my confidence
Words cannot express how grateful i am to have you as our guidance for this industry. I just passed the online assessment, final interview and validation account. I still can't believe that i did it well even tho im nervous and not so fluent in English but because of your videos I've learned to trust myself. Thank you so much sheina! You deserve all the good things. To all applicants just don't give up to reach your dreams, i know it's not just easy but if you will just practice on improving yourself and consistent on it then everything will follows.
I used to watch your videos way back when I was working in one of the Call centers in Pampanga to improve the way i communicate, and now As someone who has been out of works for almost 3years now because of the pandemic I am now rewatching all your videos to regain skills I unknowingly unlearned and confidence I loss. Hope i could still go back in track.😅
8:18 Yes! I finally hear this point, im not qualified to the two BPO companies I currently applied because I told the that "I wanted to pursue studying." Now that I know my mistake, I'll ace this third and last interview.
Hi Sheena! I just want to express my gratitude to you. You've been such a good help to me. A month ago, I binge-watched your videos, wrote down notes, and guess what? A week later, I got hired for my very first BPO experience. And now, I've been training for like 4 days now. I know there is a lot to work on, especially with my communication skills, but I can definitely polish them with training. Again, thank you so much. 🧡 . Continue creating content that will surely inspire aspirants.
I appreciate it, Miss Sheina, I've been training my ears with your Videos, I hope to work in a BPO as soon as possible to improve my skills. You are great,🥰 greetings from Colombia🤗
Thank you so much for all the videos and tips, because of you I'm working since February in a company as Agent like ATC and i remember when i found your channel it was on December i was checking every video and taking notes of all the information that you have and I'm so happy to go back to this channel and see how long i have been learning with you I'm from El Salvador thank you so very much again ❤
6:17 OMG same!! memorization also helped me a lot during my thesis defense lol. that's why i disagree with those saying that memorization isn't helpful at all. memorization is still effective as long as you understand the information you're trying to memorize
As someone on the other end of the phone, I really appreciate what a great job the overseas call center agents do, at least 9 times out of 10. Must be such a challenging job. Makes me feel so lucky to be born in the US speaking English, even though our country is far from perfect. Must take such patience and dedication to hear us whine about all our first world problems.
Hello, Sheena! been watching your videos for quite a while now and have been enjoying them. Just so you know, I did not skip any ads no matter how long, just my way of saying thank you! God bless.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the incredible effort you've put into creating such helpful and insightful videos. Your dedication to sharing valuable knowledge has made a meaningful impact on me and countless others. Your videos have been a guiding light, offering clarity and understanding on various subjects. Thank you for your hard work, passion, and commitment to making a positive difference in our lives through your content.
Omggg. Filipino Ka po? First time Ko mapanuod ang video Mo po akala Ko foreigner Ka po😅 Grabe ang galing niyo po magsalita. Galing ng accent mamashhhh😊
Could you kindly give a sample answer on the reasons behind a departure from a previous organization, considering an extensive tenure of over a decade?
Hi Ma'am! I want to know more about the Logistic Account in BPO, like how does it work and is it the same with the Retail Account or is it way more complicated than others? Thank you! ☺️
hi, i just started to watch your youtube and this is my first video to watch. I just want to share how delighted I am. this is for keeps! the edit, the content, like pleaseeeeee stay on youtube and continue with these helpful guides!
For me,u don't need to memories of all those answers also as long as u get some idea hihi,so be u yourself base on ur past experience and yeah u can take some keywords to trow ur main answers as well
Thank you for this long and knowledgeable video. I am also one of the people who wants to be part of a call center agent. But it was so hard for me. So, this one video of yours helps me think and practice more so I can pass my BPO job.
It doesn't matter whether it's a long video as long as its informative and well explained just like yours 👍 Now I know why I liked to watch your videos 😁 because we had "something in common" 😂😂 and tbh I'm doing that technic even in my school days, I do it "verbatim" 🤫 It really works wonder when you have ready answer to a certain questions. One thing I can add is "I'm having fun" using idiomatic expressions to those ready answers. Tsm😘
Hello sheena, thanks alot for all you do. I have been following your channel for a while now, and I have also taking some courses in customer service Representative. But to get job from this part of the world is very difficult. Am from Nigeria. Pls I really appreciate if I can get any assistance from you to get any customer support jobs,
Hello, sorry, I don't really have connections to recruiters. I'm curious, why is it difficult to get a job In Nigeria? Have you tried applying in call centers there?
I have been watching your videos hehehehe, I have learn a lot from you thank you very much. I will be having my first job interview hehehe, and your videos really help me, again thank you very much. Wish me luck.

I Really Admire you Ms.Sheina . As an introvert too I'm always having a hard time when i was on my Final interview. But i know someday i will get the JO that i dream of.
Hi po Ms. Sheinna i do watch your video's since i do not have any experrience in bpo industry and i'm planning to apply in a bpo company by next year. I do hope i can answer all the questions being ask and to pass thier interview's by the help of your good insights here po. 🙏🏻
Thank you Kwestyon, for providing this highly informative video. It has proven to be exceptionally valuable for us newcomers, particularly as we delve into the intricacies of the BPO industry. We greatly appreciate your insights and guidance. Philippines Call Center Institute - Makati Batch 17 Trainer Wilson Ortiz I really appreciate your call center related videos for us. They are extremely helpful. We sincerely appreciate your time and advice in creating these videos. Keep it up!
I agree, Candace. Plus,, its not just the idea of memorizing an answer to a question but, how u present them to the interviewer. Since, English is not our native language,,its important to practice a lot before we face the music. Remember that communication skill is vital if u want to make it in the BPO. I've been in this industry for almost 4 years but i still look for ways to improve my comm.,skills..😁
Candace aka Sheena I've been following u & viewing all your videos for a while now,, but i still cant remember ur real name,,! UNTIL NOW. 😁😂..💕. Im so happy..*😁🌿 Warm Regards., Dearest
me and my friend feel so attacked about #7. we are fresh SHS graduate and we wanna work for only more or least 2 months (before we take our college journey) 😭😔
Thank you for these contents we're getting from you dear coach; they are amazing we will stay tuned to this channel for more and do what we can for you to continue to go ahead with us truly.
Hi! I started listening and watching your videos last February 1 while at work. I worked at a BPO way back 2019 and I failed at the final nesting because I may say I really am not good at listening and giving out resolutions with clients. Right now, I want to learn more tips from you and hoping next month, I can have a confidence to apply again and to lasts long to my chosen company. For now, I will still be here following all your guidelines that I can use when I have the courage again to face my first ever job. Thank you.
THANK YOU FOR THIS ONE MAM ❤ All your Samples question is very Relatable to my situation. Does where the questions and answers i was looking for☺️ im actually aspiring to be part of this industry. I hope i could fullfil my Dreams 🙏
First of all, your videos have been helping me so much as I'm going to enter the call center industry hopefully very soon. So as I'm not a native speaker there's always this thought I have which makes me horrified about, that what if I don't get what the customer is saying especially having a british accent? What do I do! What if literally maybe most of the time I don't really get what he/she is saying? How can I not seem stupid asking a customer in different ways to repeat that again or at least how can I make this get better? Also what if there is a word which I don't know the meaning of maybe something about the british accent which I'm not in knowledge of. What do I do?
Hi can I ask a favor I want to know what kind of interview cause I taking exam today but I have idea cause this is my first time I have no experience about call center
This is so timely, Im waiting for interview from a BPO company. My concern is do we really need to write on the resume those months that we are not employed like we are just working for a family business? Just like your experience in question number 2.
Hi Sheena, need some help. what about those agents who worked in BPO for more than 12 yrs? Why there getting difficult to pass in interview now this days particularly with so many experiences I noticed that all new hires were fresh graduates
@kwestyon why all teachers english always recommend call center jobs to english speakers and theres a lot of jobs better than a call center for english speakers call center are the most low levels jobs for a profecional and worst waging, you can work in an airport like a fly contacting or person interviewing or in a high level hotel.
I agree, there are easier and better paying jobs than being a cc agent but not everyone can be managers or be well off enough to own properties to rent out, or possess your skill set as an airplane part supervisor. More power to you though. That means you're lucky enough to be able to choose. I do recommend for people leave cc as soon as they skill up and find something better. I quit after 4 years, couldn't do it anymore, unsustainable. But here in PH, it pays twice more than working in malls. I once worked in a mall that paid $4 a day. That was 10 years ago. It's probably increased to $8 now. My point is, not everyone can be CEOs as much as not everyone can be janitors. If that were the case, you'd be a multimillionaire now rather than just raking in 45k a year. For now, it's the best they could do and while they're at it, why not do it well, develop some resilience, and prepare for something better, eh?
I just want to make it short and simple.... You are the hero to everyone.... I'm hired at Qualfon Dumaguete City. I will start on February 19, 2024. Ty ms... For your help.....❤❤❤❤
My whole life, I never wanted to work as a call center agent. Because same as you I get mental blocks and I'm an introvert, I'm self conscious about what I'm going to say. But i really really do wanna try to apply cuz it might be a life changer experience but I'm still scared of the idea 😢
Hello Ms. Sheena! I just want to thank you for the tips that you have shared with us! Nagapply po ako ulit sa company na nafail ko and I passed with flying colors 😊 it's all thanks to you po. More blessings to come po!
@@Kwestyon ahhh sayang! Pero good job sa vids hehe. As an interviewer myself, I can day na nindot imong preparatory questions and scenarios hehe. More power!
I've watch your video i hope this might help me to improve my communication skills btw I am applying right now to a CallCenter company so um Goodluck to me 😅
