My husband and I have been trying to conceive since Nov 2023. This video and the video, i believe part one, had some good advice that I'll try. My fertility window is in 5 days. Good luck to everyone who is trying!

Day 2 of my transfer. Positivity is really hard, especially bc i only had 1 CC Blast after 11 eggs retrieved. 2 morulas and 4 smaller ones didn't develop/thaw. This implantation is all i have basically, so though i was super stressed, i ate my pineapple cores, my leafy greens, wear my socks, and I'm going to make a consious effort to stay positive! Hopefully this is all i need :)

Working with an RD and still wants me to have dairy but whole milk Greek yogurt and a2 milk. I am a bit lactose intolerant - will start to avoid pizza and ice cream because last time it was no bueno for my gut. Hoping I get it fet #2!

Every body is different, but I found when I quit eating dairy while I was trying to conceive, my periods become shorter, less heavy, and less painful.

I'm drinking 1 cup coffee everyday. I need to avoid after transfer?

I chose to just because I wanted to be sure I was doing everything in my power to help implementation. Now that I'm almost out of the first trimester I have a cup of coffee a couple of times a week. It's so hard to give up!
