Excelente video doc. Un consejo, tal vez no usar ese tipo de shorts tan ajustados porque podrían limitar la circulación hacia las piernas. Algo más flojito que no apriete. Saludos.

Gracias Victor, tengo una duda con operación de hernia discal en 2014, he estado haciendo varios deportes como pádel, bicicleta montaña Runnig, he estado bastante mal con el ciático pero gracias a ti he ido mejorando muchísimo, ahora podría estar en condiciones de volver al deporte más activo que actividad me recomiendas tú, gracias Victor
