How to Improve Your Jump Tutorial

I learnt martial arts before tricking. I have been training close to 9 years in martial arts and over 4 in Tricking. No problem and good luck with your training :)

Hi Sir, I'm practicing the 360° jump in Choong Moo. I've been practicing jumping a lot since it hasn't come naturally to me. I can now get quite a lot of height and have been working on my breathing and arm movement to help. The part I'm struggling with is the rotating - I can manage 270° consistently but can't seem to push it further to 360. Do you have any tips? Thank you!

Appreciate you saying that and thank you for your support :) Try and jump up and stay on axis. If you tilt back or forward or push off with too much energy from one foot it will be difficult to land in balance, Hope that helps and good luck :)

I train tricking on loads of surfaces so i don't really know what the ones in gyms are but in my gym they are 40mm puzzle mats. Hope that helps :)

Land on the balls of your feet to absorb impact. That's unfortunate. Have you tried making the muscles around the joint stronger?
