No. That doesnt adress bone density... Only creates internal scars that might mitigate impact.... Therefore less damage. However, the bone density is not changed as a result....

This is informative!! It would be helpful if you can specify the exact timing of sun exposure for max Vit D absorption. eg: early morning sun (4:00-6:00 am) or later than that (6:00-9:00 am) or any other time.
It is better to try to get it from the diet; it is better absorbed and utilized by the body. However, with OP it may be necessary to supplement. I supplement half from Caltrate and take the rest from my diet. Select the foods with the highest Ca content. Usually, greens and vegetables are high in Ca.

Im 31 and just getting into musy thai. I love it, but im stressed that ive missed out on opportunities to improve my bone density. I read online from one source that you cant increase density after 30. Another source says 35. IfI start powerlifting no, is there a chance that I can reap the benefits? I was a construction labourer for 2 1/2 years in my late 20s but I was largely sedentary before that.

Have you heard of the story jumping rope this lady broke a femoral bone. She was on biphosphates for 8; yrs drank mllk fits calcium greens nothing helped. There’s a study 97% of femoral bones broken they were on biphosphates. Or bone meds such as fosomax. Etc so this all sounds nice but if you already of osteoporosis it’s scary. Some dr studied in Galapagos why turtles have hard shells and lizards they ate pink algae from golopogos and now sold in a form of a pill. Of course company’s o and pharma companies call is a scam but the lady took it and regrew bone density. I agree with all you say but that’s for normal ppl without it the bone disease. Caffeine is no good for sure

Lots of information on the internet about dealing with osteoporosis. You have to do your research to find out what might work for you. Consult with a doctor if you can. Google how to reverse osteoporosis.
I read a study on prunes that said they are good for bone health. Also, celery juice is recommended. I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am doing everything I can to improve my condition and do not have fractures. I never had one.
Running and walking is not weight bearing exercise, neither is climbing stairs or jumping rope. Weak people will do anything but lift a weight. Heaven forbid entering a gym.
@@JoseAlvarez-dl3hm There is a study done on a group of milk drinkers and nondrinkers, guess who had more fractures. Got it right; the milk drinkers. I cannot drink milk anyways; I am intolerant. Drinking lots of milk can also put you at risk for anemia.
