Stretching, Kegels and Jelging have worked for me and made me a more confident man, like way more confident. These excersizes are natural and go way back in history. Also uli or squeezing excersizes can be used instead of a pump for increasing thickness. All easy stuff that anyone with a low in can do

I been doing exercise for D :jelquing, specific type of stretching and Kegels exercise and here is the deal i gained 2,3-4 cm over a year maybe a bit more than year its a slow proces and u gota be consisten i had exacly 14cm and after year of exercising i ended on 16,3-4 cm. Wanna mention that im 23 and im not in puberty and i have nothing from lying to you brothers, so do a research of those exercise and really important i am from Serbia so its easy for me to find Serbian walnut its great aphrodisiac and D growing food 2 more extremely good and important food is honey and avocado those 3 type of food i consumed 2 or 3 times a week and you dont need to eat so much of that just a little. Dont think this is easy and fast you will see results in first 2 month just don't quit and i belive you can do that i am still on my journey adn its great its so fk,in great

The OP basically misunderstood what the video was saying which was by shaving, you put yourself at risk of bacteria entering the body through micro-cuts or abrasions caused by shaving. Not that pubic hair prevent infections. Anybody that grooms that area knows or should know to give it a couple of days before being with someone just in case you have a cut or open area on your skin so it can heal.
