Bhaiya.. Mai new runner hu.. Phle mai 400 miter bhi running ni kr paata tha.. Bhut sara tipes follow kiya to aab.. Dhere dhere 3-4 km tk running kr leta hu.. Iske liye thnx.. Bt meri 1600 miter ki timing bhut kharab hai.. 8 se 8.5 min lg jaata hai.. Aaise me kya kru.. Saans bhi fulti hai.. Kya diet lu.. Shine pain bhi rhta hai.. Pls give some tips..
