When I use to mix them I would take all 4 at a time. I know it’s kind of excessive but at the time I was desperate 😭😭 Definitely don’t have to do that!

I almost lost my supply after 3 days of not nursing & pumping as normal. LG has helped bring me supply back ! I am so excited to try the other ones to see what works best for me ! I have watched part 1 & part 2 & the power pumping also helped me a lot never knew about it until you mentioned it ! Your videos are so informational & help a lot ! Thank you again.

I would think because of the ingredients and how they may react with each individual person. As with any other supplements I would check with your doctor before taking them if you had any concerns. Personally I did not have any side effects besides making more milk which is what I wanted! and have not yet heard of anyone who had a negative reaction to them thankfully
Annabelle, I no longer take them both at the same time because I have a bit of an oversupply now. When I was 3-6 months pp I took two caps of liquid gold along with two caps of pump princess or lechita. For me it gave me a big increase and eventually I cut back with just one cap each once my supply was up to what my baby needed!
Hey girl! So the only one that is safe to take while pregnant is the Cash Cow, even then I would check with your doctor just to be sure! All the others say to wait until you have delivered

@@geliigonzaalez I ordered the best seller bundle and saw that the liquid gold worked for the best for me! I saw an increase of two ounces in 2 day days using the haakaa for my letdown. Pump princess didn’t really help. I think like she said just depends on your body.
dorothy zbornak I did for the first 2 bottles. After that I only one pill twice a day. Personally I don’t mind it because I’m able to give him my milk and that’s was my goal

I was wondering do clogged ducts lower milk supply? And i think I have one but it feels like at the bottom of my breast close to my chest and lol my mom was like thats food i told u to not breastfeed while u eating smh she thinks food can go to your breast
They can if you don’t get it out! I had one for about 4 days and during that time my supply did take a dip especially on that side 😞 It’s definitely not food🤣 if not we would be starving while feeding these babies lol!
